Saturday, March 29: Yoga, Massage, Kirtan

After going to bed around 8:45 PM last night we both woke up feeling a lot more rested. We both really needed that sleep. It was pretty

good sleep. I had a couple rough moments with my stomach and the heat, but it was overall I slept well. We got up at 6:45 AM and got our shit together and had a
little breakfast. They serve for free at the hotel. I had. I had two little yogurts a hard boiled egg &
🍳 some fruit. Then went to class and there were 10 people in the class.

It was packed that packs in the room. I think the maximum

amount of people that can fit there is maybe 15 or 14 people but you’re pretty close. Anyway, it was very

hot and intense Balance was still not what it should be but it was a good

class afterwards we talked to Kaitlyn and another one was teaching Hot flow and Vinyasa after that class and

we hung out at the at Newberry yoga for a little while and then we went to a place called

doc of Coffee and it was pretty cool had some really fancy looking food that was very good. Now it’s

11:27 AM and we have a massage in an hour. Well, we got back to the hotel and straighten

a few things out. We got our laundry ready for later on today when

we’re finally going to do all our laundry clothes I’m fresh out so that’s

what we’re gonna do until we go to this event later on tonight. It’s

now 1:09 PM Mary’s getting her massage and Hertz will end at 1:30

and I’ll start mine at 1:40. One thing I’ll notice the reception around here. 5G

is really slow. My YouTube videos are not gonna be ready

from yesterday. I’m just relaxing catching up on blogging. Well, that Thai massage was the best one I ever had

definitely! She hit all my spots the hamstring on my right leg the calves the
shoulders. It was a really good hour

of intense massage and it wasn’t done too heavily, and it didn’t hurt at all

. Afterwards, all of us all three of us talked for a long time about

all kind of topics. It was really great and then the best part isshe asked if we were going and we’re gonna go to this event that she offered to do the laundry

after we started complaining about how we don’t have time to do our laundry she offered to do the laundry for us, which was really great of Shannon

to do that for us because we just couldn’t get it together for the Laundry. Well, after the laundry conundrum was soft by Shannon Mary and I went back to our

place for a half hour get some provisions done and collected and get ready

to go to to  the Kitan at the ISKCON Alachua Hare Krishna Temple where Kaitlyn and Arthur

practice. It’s a ceremony with food and people hanging about and what

not. Well we went there & three of us met up with Arthur and the children.

Kaitlyn was at another commitment and she wasn’t there. We went

to get some food and the food was absolutely delicious. We didn’t

have to wait long in the line and they gave me a really healthy portion of

rice and some other delicious vegetarian food. We then we found a

bench to sit on and that was really relaxing after that

Shannon Mary, Tara & I went to the Eco farm that was on the premises
of the Hindu center. It’s called Ikscon Center I believe. it was a beautiful outdoor space I mean, never symbols of cows they had such roof buildings.
It was unbelievable be cool. We spent a lot of time out there and took

a lot of pictures because it was very beautiful. We had a delicious dinner with
nice portions. We ended up going in the temple for about 15 minutes and left the premises around 8 PM. We dropped off Shannon at Hot Yoga Newberry and then we drove like it was the Blair witch

project. It was really weird to have a light bounced off the dark. The headlights made some weird effects against the pitch darkness that we had to deal with. all in all really nice wonderful day.

Friday, March 28: Newbery Yoga. Springs.

Mary and I woke up at the hotel around 7:30 AM grabbed a quick breakfast and headed down to Newberry yoga. Kaitlyn taught us to class today. She was

we were the only students that showed up so we had a private lesson which was really very good. She gave
us some

attention and helped us out with some of our poses and it was very nice that way. Afterwards, both Mary and I use that awesome shower that they have at the studio. I mean

that shower is roomy and luxurious and nice water pressure. We then hung out with Shannon who he’s going to give us a nice time massage tomorrow. We just chilled out and then we decided

to go to the Publix to get our own drinks so we’re not like drinking all their water at the studio so we got plenty of drinks to keep us going. with the springs are this is where we went after we

went shopping at Publix and grabbed a coffee at a restaurant called capybara and Australian themed coffee place in the middle of a sterile office park. There was pretty funny. I mean, it was really funny. I had a
lunch pie. They sold these little pies full of different types of food.  After we did that and left there, we
decided to go to the mineral Springs

that Kaitlyn recommended us. We went to the Ruth B Kirby Gilchrist State Park The water was a beautiful greenish blue hue and felt really good. We both really

enjoyed it. We just mellowed out. Did some yoga poses and met some nice people there. Unfortunately, Kaitlyn wasn’t able to visit but she was pleased

that we did visit. After we went to the mineral Springs, we visited a little town called high Springs. They had some little shops and

we parked the car and we walked around and got some pictures of very interesting architecture. It was a nice little straw. We then went to Bealls discount store

nearby after Mary did a Google search and she got some sandals

for very cheap but they look very nice. They’re a blue color. Kaitlyn then

recommended two places in Gainesvilleand we decided to go to the Thai place

called chopsticks. Oh my God, the food was absolutely to die for

and we ordered soup and then we had our main courses. I had Penang curry

with tofu and Mary had lemongrass and tofu. Afterwards,

we drove down to this area that Kaitlyn had recommended in Gainesville. This place is called Depot Park.

So we drove about eight minutes from the restaurant to check it out.

We were very close to the University of Florida. We drove around and

walked a tiny bit, but then we decided we’d head out so we wouldn’t be dark

by the time we drove back. Well, we got back and we decided that we need to go to bed early. I got a nice massage for Mary and then fell right to sleep. It had to be around 8:30 or 8:45 PM when we both fell asleep. Both of us really needed it. It was a very eventful day.
