Last night I got to sleep I really need it and it was a wonderful
time. I got up at various periods to do what I have to do but it didn’t interrupt my relaxation. Wish I could put that in the bottle. Anyway, even after
the good nights sleep I still had trouble getting myself going.
I was actually late to class today by about five minutes. I miss the warm warm up from pranayama and but
I continued on. I had to run back forgot my 
aters at one point the glass over all went well. I met people taking the Vinyasa
yoga class for yoga teachers. I was in a good mood
o I said hello to Waldemere good morning and I got one persons card for a possible private
class if I feel so disposed. Another teacher 
old me she teaches a Thursday night candlelight bedroom class so I’m deathly going to consider
hat since I can’t do Thursday morning because I’m doing AA stuff and
meeting my sponsor after class I got my powdered electrolytes and headed towards the train to go to 40th Street to go to the greenline and get my coffee and then
hop back on 40th St. Well, those plans went 
stray because the coffee shop is closed no notice nothing. My only
guess is that there person supposed to go there called out sick and there’s nobody else
there because there was no note indicating anything. So I asked Siri what
was the closest place that I could I could get coffee. Well it’s either Dunkin’ Donuts or 
tarbucks so I went to Starbucks at 39th and Walnut so I went
over there. It’s a nice little Starbucks very clean. That’s compared to the one at 16th and Walnut. I don’t
have to walk back to the train. Well anyhow I got my Starbucks and
headed home. I showered and Pat offered me a ride and so I took it. I arrived at 9:15 and just signed
in at nine and see what happened. I mediately had four
people come in one came in at 8:17 AM. So I did two at a time. I would save
he forms as the name of the clients. It worked well. I had a break and wrote
up my cases and got my lunch. Lunch was yummy I had Mike Patti sandwich
with a Pepsi and the lemon juice. I then saw three more people
nd then realized it was time to go soon. I signed out early didn’t get any crap from it. I also got approved for my time away in
Florida without a peep of bullshit which was really good. 
then left for my appointment and only showed up about 10 minutes late. I talked
about the same stuff this inferiority the The self judgment and in ternal
udgment of others because I don’t feel good about myself etc. etc. She just basically
aid he is and I just look at things neutral don’t make judgments
bout every little thing in so many words. It’s definitely something
I have to keep in mind because it’s an automatic reaction at times. Well I went up to Fairmoun
t I went to the first meeting and it was pretty good and then met up with Wes 
& hung out and we went to the second meeting. The last person you spoke
was really good he’s great. Anyhow I just read the story about some
idea which I think is absolutely absurd. Marijuana beer. Can you believe that shit?! That’s a really
F-up idea I think. Restaurant me to the Broad
Street line and then I caught the L back home. It is really humid right
now as of 10:08 PM
