Friday, January 17: AM Yoga, Mike, Concert

This morning I woke up in Millbourne and I was tired, but I had slept hard, but not enough. I went outside and just wasn’t into how cold
it was.
Wasn’t any colder than any other day this month but winners tiring. I caught the train on time and was able to go down to the Staples and fax over a W-4 form. They only

take out $75 to pay and not 200 as suggested by some Accountent friend of Mike’s. Anyhow, after I went to Staples, I went to 9 AM yoga class, which was taught by Evan since Lauren was
feeling sick. It was a good
class, but boy morning yoga is tough for me. But I felt a lot better afterwards. One of the guys in class is  named
Tom. He hung out with Bob Weir in Mexico

recently. He’s a grooviest old man That I know that goes to this class. Anyhow, after class, Mary and I

quickly bought some coffee at Starbucks and went back to her place. I realized

I could catch the bus straight to eighth and Spruce, which is wonderful cause

I wasn’t taking that long walk. The bus showed up about five minutes late, but I got it. It’s now 12:12 PM.

Southwest 12:58 PM and he got his release papers and we’re gonna go catch

our Uber and then I can get paid when we arrive. Well, I was in touch

with the agency and I got my tax reform tax form received. Mike got somebody for

Sunday and I logged out at 4:15 PM so I got official three hours and

that’s that. Finally did take that long away to nap. It felt good but I could’ve done

a lot. I got the Mary’s and I hung out and relaxed and had a yogurt

and a banana and some tea and then I got myself dressed for the concert. I’m supposed

to wear black and that’s what I did. I also have a tie I’ll run it by people

see if it’s appropriate It’s now 558. We’re about to start rehearsal right now.

We finished the rehearsal and then we went back and got a booty of snacks. I had

a ton of grapes of water and a grape seltzer grapefruit seltzer that is great were generous

with the snack. That’s for sure and I’ve been texting people as

well. Well, the rest of concert went fine. I wasn’t as hot as I was at the first half

of the concert. We got a good round of applause. There’s the audience

who was really nice and supportive. I saw Mary and told her I would help take down risers cause they’re
heavy as crap. Then I’m gonna have

some veggie burgers and veg maybe watch one Law and order and then crash around 11:30 PM I guess I saw

Mike’s old sponsor today at the concert. I hope he calls Mike tomorrow for his birthday he would really
appreciate that. It’s cold but it’s not nasty cold. It’s going to

be nasty cold Monday In time for the Trump inauguration

, they have to move it indoors so I’ll have less people
praising him in public. God help us really there’s a guy out there we need help. I was way too tired to watch any kind of TV show that’s for sure. We decided

we would just crash and get up tomorrow at 8:30 AM to have breakfast before 11 AM
class and then 1 o’clock clinic. been a hell

of a busy week that’s for damn certain my friends. Onto the end of January.
