Well I managed to get myself up for yoga class this morning. I was determined 
o go and test out the yoga but also test out how I handle the transition between going to yoga and eighth and market Street. The
room at the yoga class was extremely hot with no air so I had to bail out in the middle and get my head in the shower
and fill up with water to get through it but you know that was my taking care of myself thing.. I
took my sweet time cooling down after class because I was
hot as hell. My body totally sweats and heats up like a mother. Last was crowded try to squeeze in a spot. I was very fortunate that I can Brandon called dream
because if I missed the train I was 
efinitely late to class and that’s not cool. Afterwords I search for public restrooms to change before I got the 801 but unfortunately the
Starbucks at 13th with ridiculously bogus and four so it’s another
Starbucks at 10 and Chestnut. But overall it doesn’t have much to offer. I ended up just coming in and being with my shorts on and went
up to the fifth floor and hit the men’s room it was just fine 
changing in there. I got in about 10 minutes early to work. It was a very nice walk overall. I did do a couple
of reverse referrals and elected and Family Works stuff. Sending them
programs now. Programs. Beautiful day outside. Call window that
e all are I had a Gyro sandwic for something different. I then
went back to work was asked to send a report in my old supervisor
as one of the supervisors who got it. She was pretty shocked for me sending a
report. Using my boss and sends it but she’s going to have me send them once a month.
Anyway I need to at my desk again just got the 33 in time and ran 
nto my friend Mike’s wife on the 43 bus from me and market. I ended
up going to the OC of getting a coffee and chitchatting a little bit and reading stories
in the news. Big news in Pennsylvania politics is that Senator Mike Folmer of Lebanon Pennsylvania was arrested for receiving child pornography. He
resigned and is going to be charged. He’s 63 years old and that’s fucked up looking
at kiddie porn Jesus Christ gross! Well by the time I got to the meeting I
was really really tired I was falling asleep. I was pretty damn tired that’s for sure. I eventually got myself home and cooked up some
pasta and talk to a friend or two and went to bed pretty early and I was tired. I’m just to meet my sponsor tomorrow morning
