Wednesday, February 21: Keep on Trucking πŸ›»

Hello I woke up this morning with Pat asked me to help him find his lost car keys. He never did Find them, but he had me helping him look in his apartment
and in the basement. His place is a trip I hardly ever go inside his

place anymore. He then had to take the motorcycle in to work. Hope he finds his keys.

well, blow me down Pat did find his keys and everything‘s

good. He also picked up my package. I worked further on this stupid training

that I have to do for work. It’s a little nicer outside now that it warmed

up a bit but it’s gonna be cold in the mornings for the next few days and then get

milder with some rain on Friday. I have a therapy appointment

at 2 o’clock. I need to get ready for. I’m gonna go to a 530 yoga class and a 7 PM

Yin yoga class. I have to start doing these exercises that Linda sent me.

I finished my therapy appointment. We delve into my past religious experience

in my reaction to that which was really a surprise to me. I wasn’t expecting

to go there, but go there we did and it was very interesting. I must say. It’s very nice

outside cold but not quite as frigid but it will get cold very soon. I’m going

leave Mike’s around 3:45 PM and then get to Mary’s at four and hang out before we go

to our 5:30 PM Bikram and then Yin class. That class starts at seven so

we probably won’t be leaving the studio till 8 PM. Anyhow, I did go to the 530 class & that class was freaking packed. It was pretty hot in the building, but the toughest part for me is that the guy
next to me had the worst goddamn foot odor. I’ve ever smelt in a hot yoga class, and I’ve been going to these classes for close to four years. It was so gross. I couldn’t even pack it anymore. So

if I see that guy with a foot out or I’m not gonna put up with that again.

Even another guy when I was in the men’s locker room agreed noticed the smell and he was 6 feet away

from it. Anyhow, after that nightmare went to class which was pretty good I always like that. It always is hard

holding the poses but after you release from the poses, it feels really good. We

then got some dinner and watched a good movie. It’s called Mary

Jane and the six but I can’t seem to remember it was a movie about

a fake rock band how they got starred in interview was really well

done. The beginning of the movie starts with Patti Smith song “dancing barefoot.” So

anyway, that was pretty good. I then decided to take a taxi home so I didn’t want to be messing with SEPTA after midnight.
