Happy heat wave Everybody including the Bros who walked up, practically ran me over trying to walk by me on the left side of the patient because that’s the side that’s shaded. Anyway, Mary and I got up early. She had an appointment and I decided that I wouldn’t go back to sleep so I can sleep better tonight. That’s because Mary and I gotta get up at 5 o’clock in the morning and pick up Alice at the airport and drive straight to the shore a.k.a. Long Beach Island. Anyhow, I decided to go to the café and just sit and eat and play with social media, etc. That’s exactly what I did. I had a breakfast burrito. Had a nice coffee and just Nurse that sing along and that was really good. Mary met me after her appointment. We just sat and chilled out and discussed matters so serious and unserious. We left the café and melt it out at Mary’s for a little bit. Next thing you know it 3:15 PM came along and both of us got ready for class. Mary thought about going to class but after she got there, she thought better of it. She did get to talk to Kaitlyn about her situation knowing that Kaitlyn could relate. I got ready for Class. She talked to Kaitlyn for a while. I got prepped for Class. It was really nice to come extra early so I didn’t have to rush around. It’s nice to be back in the studio. I spent the first part of class getting my sea legs back. I did struggle, but not terribly, which was a relief. I was breathing heavier, and I was pacing myself. It was really good that I drank something right before class. That always helps! Anyhow, 75 minute class which was a good thing in this case since it was 99° when I got the class and it’s still 99° as of 6 PM. That’s what you call HOT!!🥵 Well, I’m gonna go pick up the stuff that got delivered by Amazon, which includes super coffee, which will be really nice to have when I’m up at 5:15 AM in the morning.. I’ll tell you that café air-conditioning was suffering and barely keeping me cool but the Dorchester‘s AC unit wow that is world class! I came back to Mary’s and lied down for a couple hours and took a nap. That was pretty glorious cause I was whiplash after that class I felt pretty good considering, but it was really good. Knapp then Mary did finished off her laundry and then I put on a couple last stickers on my thermos and got rid of E 84 sticker it has been forcibly removed and purged the ghost of E 84 from April – May 2025 are gone in the trash where it belongs. We ordered Indian and I’m picking it up now as of 947. It’s dropped down to 84. I think we’re just about to get some thunderstorms.
Good morning everybody Mary& I woke up and decided we’d have breakfast at the Denali tow them in. Breakfast closed at nine but we got there. The guy stopped cooking and wouldn’t cook anymore so we couldn’t have any eggs, but we got a little bit of sausage, hashbrowns, and pancakes. I also had a bowl of cereal as well. We decided to get better coffee at Rosie’s café, which is advertised with a trailer right next to the highway. It is quintessential Alaska in here. I have pictures of John Wayne have a plaque of John Wayne and pictures of aurora borealis and something about an oil. We decided to get better coffee at Rosie‘s café, which is advertised with a trailer right next to the highway. It is quintessential Alaska in here. I saw pictures of John Wayne, a plaque of John Wayne, pictures of aurora borealis, and something about an oil rig somewhere. We were finishing up breakfast and a whole huge group of people came in in this place now is crowded when we first got here there was nobody here. I noticed somebody reading a book called 1666 so I looked up the year. It was a very traumatic year in Europe but also it’s a novel. It’s about a Native American woman in Virginia it’s fiction but the cover is pretty cool looking I sent it to Mary. As we left the café, a whole set of people came in every seat was gonna be full fact we got up and people were entering the place. We drove towards Denali National Park and got some nice vistas as we were driving. We arrived about an hour early we’re figuring out the exact logistics now it’s 11:11 AM. Well, we bought our tickets got a couple stickers and hopped on the bus. The guy who drove the bus was pretty mellow. He did not want his voice recorded or his picture taken at all or perhaps her on video. Other than that, he was all right he didn’t talk too much except when he actually had to. On the way out, we saw 2️⃣ moose. One was eating, and the other looked very stressed. Just standing still there. Once we climbed up the mountain, we got some good views and on our first break I ran for the border. Then as we got up, the weather got worse and worse more drizzly more foggy and stuff. People came in on the bus and topped off the bus at different stops along the way. They had a rotating set of yellow and green buses. Anyhow, we had it on down and the weather got really just misty and cold and cloudy. And then I had to run for the border. After that we were going to our car and some lady pointed out. There was a moose at the entrance of the bus depot part of the national park. And lo and behold there’s a big ass moose, just chomping away. I’ve never been that close to a moose in my life then again I never seen a moose in person in my life tilted till we went up to the Arctic Circle and there was a moose on the loose. We then decided we would go to 49th St. 49th State brewery and an hour and a half away we grudgingly to wait the hour and a half. Waited an hour and a half and frankly it was really worth it. I still had an appetite despite hitting the head like 6️⃣ times today. So Mary asked the waitress if there is a place to buy Pepto so there’s a place called three bears, which is really close thank God I found a legitimate supermarket here nearby in Healey so this may be our go to to get stuff down the road before we leave for Anchorage in 4️⃣ days we had a salmon salad thing. It was really good. I forgot the supermarket is practically across the street from where we’re staying over so if we need stuff we can go to a regular supermarket that has a little bit of everything. It’s not a big supermarket, but it’ll certainly do. It’s now 935. I’m just ready the tag out. Try to get ready for tomorrow and get my meds all lined up and sing the song of my people. The main Riddle is finding someplace to do laundry or another method. I couldn’t believe that the Arctic circle was 72 dry and hot and we’re down here. It’s 53 rainy and cold. Alaska is truly a unique place that’s for damn sure. In other news, I just found out later this evening. The Phillies defeated the Washington nationals 14 to 9. They came back with an 8️⃣ run ninth inning losing by two runs with two outs down to the final strike and they burst out went nuts and scored 8️⃣ runs it was historic. I watched it as I was recovering from my stomach ailment.
