Friday, July 31: Breakfast @ Home. Coffee w/ Mike

Good day everybody today is Friday the last day of July. I got up early well not that much earlier but Mary had to go to a 9 o’clock PT appointment and she decided she went to cook breakfast and I was like cool so she cooked up some scrambled eggs, all spiced up and also some toast, which is very delicious. She then went out and got coffee for both of us, which is really cool. Then went off to work and she went off to PT. I got the Mike’s did a little bit of cleanup. The nurse came and the infusion woman nurse came as well at the same exact time. They all met up front of Mike’s house so he got all that done. Yes, 😁Nichole was there with the person that follows her, she stated that it would be one of the last visits since it’s 8 to 9 weeks is up. Mike was encouraged to walk. So I have the nurses left. We eventually got Mike to walk and that was good. We ended up walking to Supreme coffee, which is near the corner of 15th and Pine. Mary wanted to meet us so she walked up from the Dorchester after talking to her friend. We all hung out at the place. I treated Mike to Coffee and Mary and I split a a tort I think that’s what it’s called. Hung out for a while then walk slowly back to Mike’s. Mary went back home and Mike and I chilled out for a while. I then went to CVS to pick up Mike his traditional diet Pepsi, and two icy drinks. I got two deliveries from Amazon and a third ones coming up and was due at 3 o’clock and it’s 2:57 PM and it’s not there yet so I’m sitting on the stoop writing this and waiting for the delivery.  Were the Amazon delivery guy finally did shop at 3 o’clock on the nose. He had both the AC and the super coffee in the same rubbery plastic stuff that they use now which was good I got had time to put it away. Well, I did get some extra Gatorade in time, but I don’t know if it’s gonna be cold enough to really drink. I may have to stop at CVS and grab a quick one cause they don’t sell diet. They don’t sell regular Gatorade at the studio or maybe I’ll just do it without Gatorade for one time probably won’t kill me. anyway, the Gatorade wasn’t warm enough. I took a quick 10 minute mini nap and headed out towards Yoga and it’s pretty crowded what’s 15th I think some show show just let out.  I then signed up officially for class on the HYP app. I got the Class and Kaitlyn taught it today. It’ll be her last Friday afternoon class for about three weeks. She is going away. I’m not sure but another classmate at HYP went to all the stands Uzbekistan Kazakhstan and three others. I can’t remember right now. Anyway, the class was good. It was tough, but it was a good class. I didn’t bring in a Gatorade, but I bought water after class let out I had a Twining pain when I did that standing head, Denise I just gotta be extra careful these days.

Thursday, July 30: Coffee. Work, Yoga & Meeting

Good day boys and girls today is Thursday the second to last day of July. July is rapidly coming to an end. I got up at 8:00 AM which caused me to be very late to Mike’s. I had breakfast at home and scooted on down to Mike’s the school bus that carries all the privileged kids was way gone. That bus picks up them from the ethical society. I get a meeting there on Mondays. Anyway, got the Mike still a little bit of cleanup and talked for a bit. I then went to CVS to pick up some items and a prescription that he had filled at the old CVS on 15th and Spruce. I still predict it’ll be closed in a year to 18 months due to shoplifting. That’s what the Wawa uses as an excuse to close all their stores in town. Anyhow, I then went to Amazon and ordered some items to be delivered to Mary’s place since I finally got my pension check in my paycheck from work. I went ahead and paid as much as I could offer for the cards. Pat will be cashing the rent check on the First of August. I’ve been decided later on to get some iced coffee and it was a nice walk down Broad Street boy oh boy those clouds look really threatening. Anyhow, today is a 90 minute yoga along with a meeting with CODA that starts at 8:15 PM. Mike is going out of the way to help his cousin with some De stuff with the government. He’s very good at helping out his desperate family members. I wish his sisters would do the same for him, but I digress. It’s 3:13 PM now trying to get this blog started in the photos processed. The abuse that Dr. Fauci took from Republican was absolutely shameful. The relitigating Covid because they really have nothing else to distract. The communist manual failed to work so now they’re trying to make people a.k.a. their base mad at Fauci about Covid. What a bunch of assholes. Well, I’m heading down to Shalice’s 4 PM class today. It’s cloudy but it doesn’t look like it’s going to rain in that soon which is good. I’ll see how the coffee blends in, but at least I got an icy to drink. I like having something to drink right before class I think that it really helps me out. Well, we did have a good class with Charlize today. My leg felt a little tight, but overall the class went pretty well. She was very helpful to both Mary and myself when it came to our our leg and knee issues that have cropped up over the last couple of weeks. It was a good class. We then left and came back to the Dorchester and we relaxed took a short nap. Then then I caught the seven bus to the CODA meeting and. I made it on time even though the bus was about 10 minutes late. It was it was a decent meeting. They announced also that that business meeting will be held next week. Business meetings I don’t really look forward to them that much. Anyhow, I got back and picked up a round of Indian food. That was good. We then talked for a little while. Watched one episode of Law and order. Mark expected to be a sunny day. Tomorrow is the last day of July and then we enter August what they call a dog days of August. Next week I’ve officially apply for Medicare because it’s three months before my 65th birthday. That should be interesting my life Niece starting to act up a little bit more because I don’t know I have a muscle that’s really tight attending or could be sciatica. I don’t know but we’ll monitor that stuff he leaves next week and we’re flying to California. And we’re gonna go on a retreat in Mexico in mid February.
