Sunday, July 19: Cleaning at Millbourne. World Cup. Schuylkill River Trail.

Well this morning I got up a little bit early around 9:30 AM to get back to Melbourne to meet the cleaning lady who came by this morning. I was going to  catch the 21 bus but then the bus vaporized right in front of me. I mean the sign said it was coming in two minutes and next thing you know it’s at 12 minutes so I had to catch the last-minute Uber out to Millbourne. Pat was not home. I then wrote a check for August and left it out for the date of August 1 in case I don’t go back to Millbourne before then and he’ll have to run out and grab me at Mike’s for a check. I then took a slight nap and walked outside and noticed how nice it was outside. It’s not boiling hot. The air isn’t brown and orange. I then decided well. Maybe I’ll go to Starbucks and lo and behold. Mary wanted me to pick her up something as well from Starbucks so that was good. I think today we’re just gonna take a break from Yoga since we’ve gone every day since we got back from Long Beach Island, which is only a week ago believe it or not. Well, I went to Starbucks got each of us coffee. I got a iced coffee and Mary got a cold brew. We went back and watched the World Cup game and picked up laundry. Believe it or not it’s extra time and it’s 0–0 between Argentina and Spain. Staying Spain is completely dominated this game with 11 shots on goal. They Argentina goalie made the most sales ever in World Cup history. It’s now 5:42 PM and there’s a second half of extra time right now. Well Spain held on to win and they really deserved it because he completely dominated.  They had something like 17 shots in the Argentine goalie made 11 saves the most World Cup history but I was rooting for Spain and I’m glad Spain won because Trump was voting for Argentina And that’s that  we decided we would take a walk in the school River Trail. It was a nice day. It wasn’t hot and we had good air. That was that was good. It was nice to be outside and get 10,000 steps in without having to go to Yoga. It is very pretty outside. I got a lot of nice video in there of the sites and sounds of the school River Trail. I walked out in a while. Then we decide we get Indian cause it’s getting late. It’s 9:25 PM and I’m just getting the food now. well, we got the food and we watched the movie Philadelphia with Tom Hanks and Denzel Washington. I had seen it before but it was a trip scene some of the technology that was around in 1992 when the film was recorded. I remember when I’m being taped because my friend worked at the Wilma Theatre and would see film cruise in the city all the time. It was the Wilma theater when it was its own little building not shoved in the good karma coffee on broad. Anyhow, we both enjoyed our Indian food and a nice weather. Well, tomorrow starts another week of fun in the sun &
Work. We’re also gonna go to Yoga and Mike has an appointment way out in West Philly because Penn just randomly rescheduled his stuff from downtown to West Philly for whatever reason and more powerless to stop it.

Thursday, July 2: 100°! Hot 🥵 Philly & Millbourne

Good day everybody. It is hot and sweltering here in Philadelphia. That is the main thing about today. It’s 2:46 PM and it officially is 100° in Melbourne anyhow I started my day with breakfast at the Dorchester and then I went and went to the barber and got my haircut. I also got my face shaved with an electric razor, which felt really good. I then tried to go to the park café and they were closed temporarily due to the factory AC went on the fritz and they had to install a new AC. So I went to this other place which I forgot the name of. This place is really small and super hip and groovy everybody there is young and studying or being cool and shit. I stayed in there in order a breakfast sandwich, which was tasty a little bit small but it was gave me the egg and sausage protein that I wanted for a really hot day. Got to hang out there for a while. I decided I’d visit Mike and Mike at their place. I figured what the heck at least say hi hang out say hi without having to lift a finger. At first, Mike wasn’t there so I just talked to Mike WARD and things seem to be very much in order which is nice. Then Mike Ciul came out and we talked for a while. They’re very good conversationalist. Then I finally headed out to Millbourne to take care of business and hang out with Pat. I picked up my beach towel from the Yoga place in Amsterdam. Got a cup. I needed and picked up some mail most of it. I ended up throwing out. Went to Pat’s place upstairs hung out and he had cleaned up his place a little bit. He has this week off on vacation. He’s going to be able to resign from the job that he has to stay overnight for. They’re laying them off & giving him severance so that’s good. He also got a nice check from an inheritance, which is really good so now he can live a better life for himself and do some of his hobbies he likes to do. It’s now 2:49 PM we’re crawling along on the edge which fortunately the AC is working and I’m gonna try to get the Mary before 3:30 PM to get ready for Yoga believe it or not. Well, it became obvious going to 4 o’clock class was unrealistic considering we just both got in so we’re gonna pick up our Amazon delivery and mellow out for a minute and then go to 6 o’clock 75 minute class with Mia. why we are getting ready to go Mayor got a pain in her knee a very sharp pain and the doctor is out till the end of next week so we went to urgent care and thousand experience. Went through three different people, but she did get a referral and just told to relax her knee and there was nothing awful showing up on the x-ray, which was good. Then came back and mellow it out and then we ordered some Indian.
