Tuesday, April 30: Eight Days Left, Day 25 and 2 Day in Delancey district.

Good day one and all . I appreciate my friendships without them 

  don’t have anything.. I had a really intense yoga class and well the yoga teacher kind of rubbed me the wrong way after class. and I'm now trying to cop 

  better attitude I left the meeting early.  This one dude that everybody likes, talked about his mom dying. The whole meeting was about that.  I thought 

a lot of nothing. I wasn't in the mood  this two married woman spoke and I started having an attitude about that  
I just needed to BREATHE Yes I am tired 

 t was a very invigorating clas I took the train and attempted to sleep but 

 hat wasn’t working. All the young girls and mostly other people got off at 34th St.

 somethings never change. I’m now going over to Delancey District

 because they’re going to take two weeks to paint. Well anyhow

, turned out to be a pretty nice afternoon. It’s 1211. I declined to order

 a mini cheesesteak for $6.35 which turned into $9.35. It cost so much 

since they charge for all the fixins🙁 i’m going to the Bodega and I suppose I’d order another tuna hoagie

 for $3.50. I’m also getting stuff for my coworkers. I rode up one sanction and I’m working on my final review

 of my report. It’s now 12:14 PM. Trumps refusal to cooperate with any subpoenas 

 s a first. These are the actions of adictator. William Barr has a lot of explaining to do the Congress.. I’m trying to load up and 

 ot get too tire I made it to the day that I could go straight home and do a quick shave and took a 15 minute nap 

 hich I suppose helped. I did treat a wheelchair and get on bus station that’s the train and then I had a banana and kettle chips and then a t the Indian restaurant. It was a nice place. The food was absolutely delicious both had korma she had shrimp and I had chicken.

 Boy did I feel better eating good food. We talked for a while and enjoyed ourselves. We walked a bit and then I dropped her off and got a train as soon as I could. I suddenly had to go answer the call but I had to wait for the email for seemingly forever. I did make it home and went to bed or about 10:45 PM it was a long day but it ended up very well. 

Monday, April 29: Exhaustion Day 25 and Temporary Workspace

Well after sleeping well but way too short, I woke up at five and really was tired

 no if hands or butts. I thought about turning over but I didn’t want to 

 start my week giving up. I want to have that piece of positivity. I did 

 manage to make it to sunrise. A red parents section on the very back of the book. I then got some coffee and went to CVS to get a couple 
 things. I left my coffee at CVS went to 30th St. then went back to CVS. Guess what?? The 

 coffee was still there🙃😀 I   I really needed that

 coffee because I knew was going in a situation at Delancey and it 
was a cluster fuck in beginning just like I had feared. It eventually

 calm down and I  ot to sanctions written up and part of a 3rd. I did 

 see one person who brought in your paystub. I for the life of me I don’t know what

 I did with it but hopefully it attached to the AMR. Well I made it to the end

 of that first day. I think I’ll be able to get started quicker tomorrow since things

 are somewhat set up. I left and head on down to the L got to my appointment

 in plenty of time. I finished off yesterday‘s blog post and talked about how

 tired I was at the appointment how yoga and other things combined

 make me tired. She told me to stay in the moment. 🤠👍🏽Well I  made it 

 to the meeting and told them that I will do the coffee commitment because I change my therapy appointments. Well I ended up going to Saxby’s and download updates to my apps. There were 12 updates. I did a little swiping  and then took the EL home and talk to friends of mine. I then had a little bit of chicken curry which I mixed with my stuff because it wasn’t enough to be 
cooking rice. Well Joe Biden is running for president 

 nd we all knew that his running of the Anita Hill hearings would be brought up. It has not aged well.      Joe Biden Still Doesn’t Understand What He Did to Anita Hill. Anita Hill has a problem with how the 

 hearing was run and what witnesses Biden allowed to be heard. She also felt she was on trial without the   
the protections of a trial. This is really going 

  To hurt Joe Biden. This is specially true if he becomes the front Runner.

Sunday, April 28: Milbourne, Fairmount to Harrisburg

It’s Sunday and I got up around 8 AM this morning. I’ve moved pretty

 slow but at least I got my shaving done. I ventured on the EL and then attempted to catch Uber at 15th and JFK one driver

 disappeared and the other one couldn’t find me. I had to cancel the trip 

 nd found a cab. I was late but I at least got to sit on the steps. It was a forced tradition.

 I did see Wes but I didn’t get to talk to him because I had to leave

 quickly to catch the 10:50 AM train to Harrisburg via Amtrak. I made it in time 

 ith a little bit to spare. I did manage to dab on the train because it pretty much 

 mptied out after Lancaster. We are officially arrived in Harrisburg at 12:47 PM. The


 rain so far is held off but it is very cloudy at this 

 oment. When my friend picked me up and we headed straight toward  Selinsgrove 

Pennsylvania. It’s North on Route 11/15. We ended up seeing an orchestra 

 oncert. Compositions were done by African-American composers that are either 

 iving or just recently died. The weather gradually improved 

 s they went on but it got very chilly outside. I was just barely warm enough in my

 coat to stay warm. I made some videos of the concert but again YouTube

 was refusing to work on my phone for some reason. I have to Google it when 

 ’m not so tired. Anyhow we left  Selinsgrove  & she went to buy it 

 nd cord for her iPhone at Best Buy and we walked her dog Jackson. She then

 drove me to the train station gave me a cat taco for furry thing it was cute.

 I then went on the train and crash most of the way. Meanwhile 

 ack home I forgot to leave the key for Joe because he lost his key. Pat said he 

 ould have to change the lock later I found out he wasn’t going to do all that.

 Joe’s a lot smoother than I am when it comes to stuff like that. Well I

 did come home on the train and ate one of the Jamaican sandwiches 

that I bought on Friday actually two of them. They were yummy then I went to bed at 10:30 PMvery exhausted. I can see from all the pictures I took that I did a lot andtook a lot of pictures of the scenery in Harrisburg. At one point I had over 100 pictures. I had to delete a bunch of them just to keep from overdoing it there was a synagogue shooting in pow way. My sister told 

 e it was about a half mile from where she lived.  

Woman Killed in California Synagogue Was Shot While Protecting Rabbi. That’s the

 story in Slate magazine today. I can’t believe the violence in the anti-Semitism 
 going on but then again the president does set the tone. This is even if he doesn’t  say anything but 

 e know he said plenty. Well we still keep 

 lodding along and that’s all I’m gonna say right now. I 

 ave to get REST!! If I don’t, then I will fail w/people.
