Tuesday, April 30: Hot Yoga and Maritime Museum

After another fitful night of attempting to sleep, I got up around 8:15 AM

and got ready for my first yoga class in a week. There’s a studio called “become Yoga.“ It’s a four minute walk from here which is so
glorious. Because I was so tired After not sleeping it was rugged for me. My arms felt like they weighed 90 pounds holding them up at one point. The floor was Samantha teacher was really

nice and they’re only tiny modifications in what we do which was nice. She

spoke English on the first side of each pose and Dutch on the second set on each

pose. That was a good way to break it up. It was nicely attended, but

there is plenty of room between people. She was a decent teacher and

she gave me advice on Triangle Pose aka Trikonasana.

I need to take a wider stance so I can put my hips lower. That was helpful. My balance

was definitely off today big time, but he said I had a strong practice. I like when teachers pay attention to me I need that at times specially when I’m not warmed up or I’ve been off my game.
Anyway, after class, I talked with the teacher and she took a picture of me posing with my 30 day challenge shirt. That was one of my goals.

Here was too fine and good picture of me wearing a shirt while hearing Amsterdam. So I think I got a good one at least I
got it done. Bought really that they sell and the only swag they have that has their name on it so I went ahead and said well this is a really good souvenir  . I’m all set with

that stuff which is great and I’ll have to think about it. I just gotta think about how to fit it in  Briefcase, etc. but that’s next week. Anyhow, afterwards, I went to the Maritime

Museum as recommended by Bob to 35 minutes each way. It was very interesting. I’m

glad I went again that museum card save me about €20-€25 a.k.a. about $30.

I love how , Siri creates the euro sign.  Its  pretty cool! Why after I went to the Maritime museum I wobbled back home and just rested my bones because my lights were very

much tired and my left knee was achy. We hung out and I chowed down a bunch of tortilla chips and Bob made this delicious dinner we watched this movie with Sigourney Weaver And Robert De Niro I

never heard of red light. About the scientist trying to prove people with special powers is scammers and the ending is very dark and weird, but we
enjoyed it. I did manage afterwards to organize myself and zoom in on choir practice, which started at 1 AM I basically zoomed in got set up

got ready for bed and went to sleep through the choir practice  And I said that I attended and
because I’m definitely not attending the Saturday

rehearsal this week which goes from 1 AM and 1 PM to 5 PM Eastern time

which is basically 6 to 11 here so I’m just counting myself out of that one hour already

told them I’m not going to that one zoom on  Tuesday I get back

or maybe if I get lucky attend the choir practice we’ll see. Maybe that’s just me dreaming. Meanwhile, Mary went to the Palomar observatory and really enjoyed it. Tomorrow I’m gonna
do some very complicated excursion which involves the train a boat and then another train coming back , hopefully be able to pull it off. It bought Bob battery pack yesterday today. I almost ran out of batteries before going to Bob. I would’ve been totally lost. I would’ve been a bad scene so I brought a battery pack from Bob.
