Tuesday, February 4: Back to Work

Today I got up around 7:35 AM had breakfast and headed on out towards Mike’s. I bought some coffee and got reprimanded by the owner of the place 



for dumping out the Coffee at the side of the building. So we emptied out my coffee for me. It was cold, but wasn’t too bad comparatively speaking 

last few weeks. I think out the Mike’s and occupational therapist came in. I even went on multiplayer errand 
going to Fabio‘s for my shorts 



and some  shirts for Mike, and then going to CVS. There I got my script and then headed down to South Street to 


pick up Mike script for the Ridellan and they had it ready. I then got back had lunch. Mike worked on his statement about being 


robbed by that employee of Citadel. He’s trying to work on it to send to people. I was 

pretty tired so I just pushed through and they eventually took a nap. 

Chris Fluck is going to be teaching This afternoon. Well, the drama continues with the turtle place in Florida.

Loggerhead, aka the turtle place that if they cannot return money to her account by the end of the day then they will issue a check to her. Her bank does not understand

 why they can not refund money back to her. that’s $500 we’re talking about dear God funky!! It’s 3:46 PM. I’m heading to class. My stomach feels a little unsettled right now. Not sure why but that’s where it is. I’m about to go out head to class.

Tuesday, May 21: No Towel Tuesday

Good day everybody spring is finally here for real and I’m here for it.



 I got to Mike’s and a half decent time because I caught the bus right away. I had my usual cereal but with no coffee I didn’t have any coffee product till I had my super
coffee today. That tasted pretty yummy. I realized I remembered things that I forgot yesterday like my headphones, but 

I forgot to bring my choir folder and I brought a towel which I don’t bring towels on Tuesdays because the choir practice because I have to get the choir folder and also it’s one 

less heavy thing to carry around. I went back home found some 

moral pictures while looking for Motrin for Mike’s leg pain. I also switch into 

shorts and sandals, which was pretty good idea. Anyhow, it’s a beautiful

 mild day. It’s 2:26 PM now and it’s 83°. That’s pretty warm and I’m glad it changed

 my shorts and sandals. This will make a lot easier to know the sweater

 from Yoga even though it’s the top part of my body that sweats like crazy.  Mike and I are going to go for

 a walk soon soon as he gets dressed cause it’s too nice NOTto take a 

walk. Like an idea to take our walk and that was very good. It’s so nice out 

here. You don’t get much better than low humidity and 85° So I’m 

heading towards Chris’s class which I recall last Tuesday being the hottest class

 I’ve taken this year by far. Then again we haven’t had real kind of 

worn days out until recently. Then I’ve choir, but I might do Pilates depending 

on how I feel physically and mentally. Well, I’m gonna go for the Pilates

 and go. What the hell maybe I’ll be a little late to choir but at this point, I’ll just take a quick shower. I don’t know that’s about it. It’s 5:39 PM. I’m glad there

 is at least   a half hour between classes thank praise the Lord baby Jesus. So I took the Pilates class pretty crowded. It was hard as usual, but I’ve been the more 

difficult classes, but we had a lot of moving around and I was pretty gassed 

afterwards. I did attempt to keep up and I did OK. Class ended and 
I quickly showered, and it was 630 when I got out of the shower and, I had a half hour to get ready and I was able to get the choir practice only about two minutes late. They had already started

 warm-ups when I arrived. I walked out Yoga with no shirt on didn’t have to like sweat and I could dry off while I’m walking. 

Thursday, November 9: A Day in Center City

Today I woke up in Center city and that was good. I showed 

up pretty late today because I just couldn’t get myself moving and then I just hung 

out with Maryann talk to bed and then I walked to Mike’s and he was 

doing OK he supposed to have an inspection at his house today And we wanted to get ready for that so we did some cleaning

 and he got some food at Instacart after realizing that he had to digit off so he got the food he needed. Plus Mom’s Meals came in a little bit early early which was good. I then met a friend for lunch , I had a place that I forgot the name of at 18th and Chestnut. It was called something like Paris or something fancy but it was basically a 

pastry and coffee shop me and Natalie hung out and talk for a little bit. It was fun and then after I had one pastry and a coffee, I went back to the CVS and buy miracle 

of all miracles my  Thermos was still there. I was very relieved that save me at least $20-$35 getting that Found rather go running around trying 

to find a new one we’re having hot water to refresh myself. There was no report of rain but as of 3:50 PM, there’s sprinkling rain which is supposed to end early. I then had to go to 

the little shop that has everything and got a pair of shorts and a T-shirt for 15 bucks not a bad deal overall. I then raced to get 

the class by 3:50 PM which is the time right now. Anyhow, I went to class, and Kaitlyn
 taught the class the room was really 

hot. Fortunately, there was enough air, and I could breathe. OK. I just kept tasting the sweets from the pastry that I had. I bought plenty of drinks and that was good. Afterwards Mary and I went



 to her place and hung out for a while. I had a CODA meeting so I had to leave around745. The Uber took 

freaking forever to show up and I was almost late for the meeting but I did 

get my food. I proceeded to forget my thermos for lack of a better word now 9:19 PM. I The restaurant indeed I did leave it there. Meeting was interesting. The guy in the meeting gave a interesting leadoff speech. Let’s put it that way. And then took the trolley in like three trolleys were canceled due to operator unavailability, but I got home about 1030 took forever to get home.
