Thursday, November 9: A Day in Center City

Today I woke up in Center city and that was good. I showed 

up pretty late today because I just couldn’t get myself moving and then I just hung 

out with Maryann talk to bed and then I walked to Mike’s and he was 

doing OK he supposed to have an inspection at his house today And we wanted to get ready for that so we did some cleaning

 and he got some food at Instacart after realizing that he had to digit off so he got the food he needed. Plus Mom’s Meals came in a little bit early early which was good. I then met a friend for lunch , I had a place that I forgot the name of at 18th and Chestnut. It was called something like Paris or something fancy but it was basically a 

pastry and coffee shop me and Natalie hung out and talk for a little bit. It was fun and then after I had one pastry and a coffee, I went back to the CVS and buy miracle 

of all miracles my  Thermos was still there. I was very relieved that save me at least $20-$35 getting that Found rather go running around trying 

to find a new one we’re having hot water to refresh myself. There was no report of rain but as of 3:50 PM, there’s sprinkling rain which is supposed to end early. I then had to go to 

the little shop that has everything and got a pair of shorts and a T-shirt for 15 bucks not a bad deal overall. I then raced to get 

the class by 3:50 PM which is the time right now. Anyhow, I went to class, and Kaitlyn
 taught the class the room was really 

hot. Fortunately, there was enough air, and I could breathe. OK. I just kept tasting the sweets from the pastry that I had. I bought plenty of drinks and that was good. Afterwards Mary and I went



 to her place and hung out for a while. I had a CODA meeting so I had to leave around745. The Uber took 

freaking forever to show up and I was almost late for the meeting but I did 

get my food. I proceeded to forget my thermos for lack of a better word now 9:19 PM. I The restaurant indeed I did leave it there. Meeting was interesting. The guy in the meeting gave a interesting leadoff speech. Let’s put it that way. And then took the trolley in like three trolleys were canceled due to operator unavailability, but I got home about 1030 took forever to get home.

Sunday, October 23: Visiting Mom w/ Mike Phillies In World Series!!

This morning I got up at around 830 or 9:30 AM I don’t remember. 

I think it was 930. I ended up getting up and I’d waddle around too long because I didn’t get to the airport with the car till after 11 o’clock. I’m supposed 
to meet my brother and SEPTA takes about an hour and a half to get from the airport to Media. So I got to the rental car place and then realized I had to call Uber to catch the media train at 

University City station. Otherwise I’d be an hour late I didn’t want to be an hour late specially, with young women who want to have plastic surgery in their 30s. Oops 

I digress it’s overcast and cloudy outside. fortunately the rain hasn’t 

really start to hit yet so I’ve been able to walk to the Marriott with the Uber pick me 

up and then walk from the media train station to iron Hill brewery. 

The family Stone on the last one to show up. They all had to be in on time or early 

in fact. So I’m gonna go to iron Hill brewery right now . Well I showed

 up practically on time. I ordered a turkey burger and that was very good and filling. Glad 

I finished before 3 o’clock because Yoga flat starts at four and it 

90 minutes. Mike and I got to talk a little sports about the Phillies and the Eagles. A tiny 

bit about politics. Him and Mary are going to Villanova 

with Anna to tour Villanova tomorrow. They’re staying over at Dave’s while he’s

 away visiting his daughter in New Hampshire. Lunch ended a little after 2 o’clock and I looked

 and I just missed the trolley and then I looked up to see if the train was showing up 

anytime soon and lo and behold it was. I took full advantage of that stuff and decided to take the train. I asked for a ride because I don’t think I could’ve made it within the 10 minutes. It was about to show up. Why decided to go to hot yoga Philly? That was the only one I could make due to the public transit schedule on Sunday. I thought about going to Mike to take a quick nap but that wasn’t enough time for that. The rain is mostly held off, but they are a little sprinkles which I can live with don’t get wet with sprinkles. It’s now 3:40 PM and I have to get ready to go to class. I did go to Wawa and get a juicy cause. I just wanted something to drink to chase down the food I eat. 

Sunday September 11th: 🌧 Rain and a Visit in Wyncote

I found myself really droopy tired this morning. The alarm went off at 9:30 and I said to myself no way am I getting up then 1030 came around and finally I forced

 myself out around 11:15 AM. I’m planning to see a friend of mine Amy I haven’t seen in three years and
I’m running late. I first talked on the phone for about a 

half hour I mostly listened to some advice. It did make sense sometimesI don’t make

 sense. Anyhow I showered got coffee and got going late. 

It’s drizzling no actually it’s just sprinkling outside but it’s overcast. I think a drought seasons over finally. I did enjoy the sunshine though. Anyhow, I hung out with Amy’s and we 
got to talk for a while it was very relaxing. Her apartment is very big and very nice. The place itself looks pretty nondescript 

but she does have a balcony and very well appointed place. We did watch some of the Eagles game from third-quarter often on. The Eagles ended 

up winning 38 to 35. We had a 17 point lead and let them catch up. It was the lions who always lose but lately they lose barely. I kind

 of like their coach but you know I’m glad the Eagles won. It’s really just dreary outside. Mostly drizzly but as I was leaving



 Amy’s around 5 o’clock it started coming down pretty hard so I sat in the car 

for a little while waiting for the rain to end. This place is right across
 the street practically from Holy Sepulcher cemetery where my family plot is located. That’s interesting by itself in on a clear day I was told you can see almost the entire city.
