Tuesday, February 4: Back to Work

Today I got up around 7:35 AM had breakfast and headed on out towards Mike’s. I bought some coffee and got reprimanded by the owner of the place 



for dumping out the Coffee at the side of the building. So we emptied out my coffee for me. It was cold, but wasn’t too bad comparatively speaking 

last few weeks. I think out the Mike’s and occupational therapist came in. I even went on multiplayer errand 
going to Fabio‘s for my shorts 



and some  shirts for Mike, and then going to CVS. There I got my script and then headed down to South Street to 


pick up Mike script for the Ridellan and they had it ready. I then got back had lunch. Mike worked on his statement about being 


robbed by that employee of Citadel. He’s trying to work on it to send to people. I was 

pretty tired so I just pushed through and they eventually took a nap. 

Chris Fluck is going to be teaching This afternoon. Well, the drama continues with the turtle place in Florida.

Loggerhead, aka the turtle place that if they cannot return money to her account by the end of the day then they will issue a check to her. Her bank does not understand

 why they can not refund money back to her. that’s $500 we’re talking about dear God funky!! It’s 3:46 PM. I’m heading to class. My stomach feels a little unsettled right now. Not sure why but that’s where it is. I’m about to go out head to class.

Tuesday, July 9: 🥵 Heat Wave! 🥵

After a pretty good nights sleep, I woke up very tired and got myself dressed ate breakfast, which

 was my usual cereal and then headed over to Mike’s. I was late as usual I showed up fortunately caught the bus, and I looked at some TikTok videos, 

including one about the Heritage foundations project 2025 bullshit, and you can write to the IRS making a complaint 

about the tax status. I Saw that one of Wes’s friends Pam post about a property near her out in the forest near New York the Vermont border

 for 130 K. It’s basically off the grid you have to get your own electricity. You also have to get your own toilet system is septic system. anyhow, I did a lot of errands

 in the middle of the day around between 11:45 AM and 1:45 PM. Got Mike some sunglasses and his script. I also got my script for trazodone to help me get quicker 

so I can go to bed. I’m just hunkering down inside looking at stuff because it just way too hot out there. I’m still going to yoga class so of course because 

my body shape. Mary is attending a reiki session and that’s what’s going on. Well, eventually, I got tired and I took one of my world-famous quickie 
apps and then the next thing you know it was 3:20 PM. Mike and I got to be talking and then when I tried to sign out, it didn’t work but then it finally worked. It’s now 343 and I’m halfway betweenPine and 

Spruce on 15th so that’s what’s going on here that’s for sure. Well, I went to Chris’s class and it was more crowded than any 4 o’clock class. I’ve been to even Chris noted that 



  One woman said that her building’s air conditioning shut down 

so I guess she showed up for class and Kristen really opened the doors wide open so it was pretty damn hot.

 I thought about going applies for about a minute, but I that



 wasn’t a real good idea this heat and talk to Mary Sue for a minute and Mills as well. He went to the 530 class. Afterwards, I was getting dressed and realize either lost my shirt or I just forgot it , so ended up going to Fabio’s and getting an $11 shirt is either that or buy $35 Hot Yoga T-shirt so that was that I bought drink so just inside for me to go get the food I hope we get my script for the time to help me
