Friday, July 24: Sunny! Mike’s, & Yoga

Well this morning I woke up after having a weird dream that I was in a meeting and people were singing a song. I didn’t like it and I was very upset by it. I did have some struggle sleeping during the night but towards the end I slept pretty heavily and good. I then walked to Mike’s. Got there around 8:45 AM. Did a little bit of sweeping and then talked to Mike for a bit. The infusion nurse came in after a mixup with which Mike got upset at the operator at Penn Medicine. Their phone system is really funky. The infusion nurse came in was very nice and talked to Mike and listened to him and he felt a lot better. The regular nurse came with someone else that was trailing her just like the one that was trailing Nichole. I don’t think we’ll be seeing Nicole for a while. Anyway, after that, I did some research on proceedings which was a little overwhelming, even though I talked to someone on the phone. Next thing you know it it was time to leave for yoga class after I just killed time. I did manage to get cold water from the vendor and did some quick shopping for Mike. Also got money from the laundromat so he could do laundry with the guy this weekend. It’s now 3:49 PM it’s time for me to get the classes as I approach 15th and Sansom. What the big news and sports is LeBron James signed on with the Philadelphia 76ers. Which theory will put the Sixers as one of the favorites to win the NBA championship but he is 42 years old and indeed really crippled at this point but if they can both remain healthy well who knows. Well Katelynn taught today’s 4 o’clock classes about 10 of us into class. It was a small but mighty Group. I did OK Mary unfortunately twisted her knee a little bit today and she’s not been feeling real great but she hung in in there in class.

Wednesday, March 11: 14 Years Sober! Extraction Diet🙄

Hello, it’s now 12:46 PM. I’ve passed the first 24 hours of recovery From the extraction. Yeah, I’ve been living on a diet of water, protein, yogurt, and protein shakes. Best put it this way I woke up pretty tired this morning, but I made it down to Mike’s drank you’re sewing machinesome water since well anyway my body was telling me the water wasn’t I needed to drink more water. So I got to Mike’s & and did a little bit of cleanup while I was there. I wrote to Amanda that I’ll be away for a while in the middle of the summer from June 9 to July 13. The Alaska trip plus a week at the shore with the Crowe family. I just found out about that last night when I talked to Alice. I am one tired mofo for sure. Anyhow, Maryann and I decided that I would just go to Yin and skip full-blown yoga today which isn’t not is not a bad idea considering how tired I am. Oh my God, his appointment with his therapist and then I went out and killed time but I just wanted to sit because I was very tired. I did manage to go to his appointment and it turned out. That was a waste of time according to him, but we went and then I left to go to my service appointment. Unfortunately caught the two bus down to my therapist then my therapist appointment I was really tired. I was dragging and stuff. I told him about the weird dream I had we talked about that and other future topics. You know like my family being pressured to do some rest of my family. Anyhow, I left his appointment. Had to Uber it to Mike’s doctors office at 1930 S. Broad then we caught a goofy Uber driver. You didn’t pull up on the driveway. We got back and then I was at Mike’s for a little bit and then turned out that I then went to Mary’s and caught a glorious nap which I really needed and they went to yen and it was very nice. I was very glad I did skip that yoga class cause it was steamy hot in there. I then had dinner of oatmeal and some liquid yogurt drink. We watched Law and order as well

Wednesday, October 2: Work, Yoga and Yin

I woke up today tired but not nearly as groggy and tired as yesterday. Overall, I slept well, but just still a little bit of that low energy from yesterday


is lingering. It’s not quite as sudden it’s sort of just there. It’s now 1228 and I’m just starting to write in this blog right now. I caught the bus into Mike’s and the 

physical therapist came over at around 10:00 AM. We took a nice walk and then it was time for me to leave because he was seeing  David. So I left and did my 

paces and then went back to Mike’s and he gave me a list of things he needed so that’s what I’m doing now is going to his bank

 withdrawing 40 bucks and then going to CVS to pick up my scriptsand get him some food from his card. The weather right now is perfect temperature wise little  bits of blue sky, 

but mostly cloudy. It’s really not bad at all. Anyhow, I got back to Mike’s didn’t get him a cheesesteak that 


I’ll have to be another day and waited for his nurse to show up she showed up about half hour later as usual and then I headed out to my 2 o’clock appointment which is coming up. that appointment was really interesting

 for sure. When we talked about ivory soap in my mouth and things like that. Anyway, heading back to Mike’s. It’ll be 3 o’clock or a little bit after by the time I get to his

 place so I’ll start getting ready to go to Yoga after taking a day off which I rarely do. There’s still a little bit of a low energy Jeb Bush, but not like yesterday. I don’t 
feel all washed out with the cold. It’s still lingering around as usual. I love it how these Republicans have to pronounce Kamala Harris‘s name wrong just to be 

disrespectful and idiotic, and racist!! Jesus Christmas🙄 I thought I had a 4 o’clock 

class but it’s really 530 cause I was going to yin and I went to both classes

. It got hot in the room, but I also think I got a little bit of low-grade fever started up again. I enjoyed dance class 

and then afterwards quickly changed over and took a quick shower before and 

mine was  pretty chill. I like how Linda teaches a class. The nose caused me a 

problem in one of the positions but then it cleared up. I took another quick shower and it’s not 8:22 PM waiting for Mary & charging up this phone. It’s now 10% power. Anyhow, we chitchatted with Miah for a minute and then we headed out. Ordered Indian and picked it up and we watched PBS mystery that takes place in Amsterdam. Pretty cool little show I must say. It was a strange episode though.
