Monday, August 17: Tired. Mike’s Apt. Yoga

Today I set the alarm for 7:30 AM and got out of bed at 8:06 AM. I was pretty damn tired. I did go to bed a little late, but it wasn’t used to getting up this early so I ended up taking a lift to Mike so I wouldn’t be horribly late as it was. I didn’t get to Mike’s till after 9 AM. Mike had a 10:45 AM appointment which you went to at seventh Spruce he gave me money and I ordered a lift because it was too late to order a ride from the bride service. The one good thing about that is we got back in for it’s pretty quickly and efficiently. On the way back the Lyft driver asked us both for relationship advice. He’s a baby daddy and his baby mama. He’s given him a hard time so we did the best we could he almost missed a turn. A couple of turns. It was very, very bizarre. But we got back safely and and then Mike ordered some food from Instacart that came just about around 38 3 PM so that was good and I’m planning to go to Monday night Yoga, which we talked by byron he hadn’t taught it a couple times because he was away. What’s 3:33 PM I have to get going. I packed Away Mike stuff from the Instacart and now I’m packing up my stuff to get ready to go to Monday 4 PM Hot Yoga class. Hopefully the samosas will be ready and Adam I drink a icy drink to get myself ready. I feel a little warm in the forehead. Anyway, time to go. I’ve been pretty tired today, but hopefully a little exercise and sweat will work some of the stuff out. I heard from Wayne and Larry today. Tomorrow I’m gonna be going to the specialist dentist and evaluate my eligibility to get implants on the bottom teeth. That should be a fairly quick appointment cause no wheel works being done right now. I’m at 15th and Samson & getting ready  to sign in for class . The sky has cleared up as they predicted so it is warming up a bit. When I went to Class and byron retarded, it was a good class. I did veteran in certain poses I think because of the break that I had. After class, Maryann and I went to the convenience store got a couple small iced teas since big iced teas were unavailable and then we went back to Dorchester. I then went to my meeting came back. Threw some laundry and watched two episodes of Law and order.
