Thursday, April 10: Plymouth Meeting, Yoga

This morning I woke up pretty tired, cause I was up late last night. I had some cereal and then headed off to Mike’s. We got ready for the Uber ride

that would be taking us to Plymouth meeting For Mike to see if he’s eligible for a Study. The one good thing about the Study. They do offer rides to and fro if you don’t have a car. This place is

far away from a train and you have to take two or three buses to get here

if you took public transit. Anyway, we got here at around 10:30 and it’s 1205

and the formula rejected him because of various drugs he was

on and the bladder cancer. He had once. Anyway, we’re now waiting for them to

process stuff and head back. Will be your bride came right in on

time and didn’t have room for the trunk so we have the Rollator sitting

on top of Mike. They’re playing music for people auditioning

to be baby mamas or baby daddy’s on the radio. Well, it’s about 1:15 PM. Guess

what time it is time to have some delicious lunch. It’s all overcast
and cool today. The sun disappeared for the rest of the day but it’s not supposed to rain till the middle of the night which is a good thing.

well, it’s 3:27 PM. Just trying to finish up last minute stuff which I generally think of doing last minute knowing I have to leave like take the garbage down and stuff like that. Well, as I was
leaving, I noticed Mike’s “mom’s Meals“ was at the door so I brought it up empty the stuff next thing you know it it was 3:40 PM and I had to sign out from work and run out and get to

my yoga class. I’d like to get there by 3:50 PM. It gives me just enough time to get dressed and lay down

my mat and get ready. Went to class and I had time cause I hustled.

It was taught by Rob the room itself was very very warm today. It was

warmer than the last two classes. Anyhow, we chilled out and we shared our stories

about our vacation and all Alachua, Florida and Hot Yoga Newberry. That was fun to tell the storythen

we went back to her place and I was telling her about a Dr. Seuss book

hop on pop. She didn’t know that was an actual Dr. Seuss book. She thought I

was just making it up to be silly. We had a good laugh watching a

video of the book. Hop on pop now I’m gonna now it’s time to get a minion

food eat that before I go to my meeting which starts at 8:15 PM. Went to the meeting and had a discussion

about effective communication. One of the things that could depend to do sometimes use “weasel” words that blunt
our communications with others. It was a really good topic. I caught the 49 bus back in time and walked the rest of the way home from 21st and market.

Sunday September 11th: 🌧 Rain and a Visit in Wyncote

I found myself really droopy tired this morning. The alarm went off at 9:30 and I said to myself no way am I getting up then 1030 came around and finally I forced

myself out around 11:15 AM. I’m planning to see a friend of mine Amy I haven’t seen in three years and
I’m running late. I first talked on the phone for about a

half hour I mostly listened to some advice. It did make sense sometimesI don’t make
sense. Anyhow I showered got coffee and got going late.

It’s drizzling no actually it’s just sprinkling outside but it’s overcast. I think a drought seasons over finally. I did enjoy the sunshine though. Anyhow, I hung out with Amy’s and we
got to talk for a while it was very relaxing. Her apartment is very big and very nice. The place itself looks pretty nondescript

but she does have a balcony and very well appointed place. We did watch some of the Eagles game from third-quarter often on. The Eagles ended

up winning 38 to 35. We had a 17 point lead and let them catch up. It was the lions who always lose but lately they lose barely. I kind

of like their coach but you know I’m glad the Eagles won. It’s really just dreary outside. Mostly drizzly but as I was leaving

Amy’s around 5 o’clock it started coming down pretty hard so I sat in the car

for a little while waiting for the rain to end. This place is right across
the street practically from Holy Sepulcher cemetery where my family plot is located. That’s interesting by itself in on a clear day I was told you can see almost the entire city.
