Good morning. I got up after my left shoulder started really kicking like chicken. I got up around 7:12 AM because I have to be at Mike’s
on time at 8:30 because he has another appointment with the urologist for his bladder. It’s supposed to rain all
week till Saturday and it is drizzling
outside right now. Thanks. I went to the coffee place and one of the guys
working there is Jordan Mike’s upstairs neighbor really nice guy I’ve talked about
before and I got into a conversation with other guy that has golf elbow and he’s 62 and I’m 63
and we were communicating about our injuries. Shoot after I got the Mike’s I drank
a little bit of my coffee I bought and then a yogurt. We then caught the right out to 801 Walnut St. and I then entered the building and spilled all my coffee. Mike
needed a wheelchair and I had trouble
managing it. I then then we proceed to wait for about an hour until the doctor till they finally called Mike. why Mike was seeing the doctor somebody
saw the 2️⃣ women were sitting on a ledge and urge
people to call 911 to get them off the ledge. It looks like they were just hanging out, but it looked pretty
precarious as the pictures show! he was in and out fairly quickly, but I also remembered that I need to go to Mary’s
and pick up my cord cause I got 8% left on my phone. My phone died when I got the mic so I decided to
go to Mary’s and then we decided to go to the part of catering CafĂ©. We came up

doctor. anyhow, I just read at 4:37 PM that the MLB aka
Major League Baseball, has reinstated Pete Rose and shoeless Joe Jackson.. I had read that the commissioner met with Trump in April and
Trump was a fan of getting Rose reinstated so take it as you may, but I think
The commissioner sold out to Trump. Anyhow, I went to my 515 appointment and he gave me a good
work over on my left arm. He basically
said that the same thing happened to my left arm is with my right arm. He gave me instructions for a specific exercise, which
is basically letting my arm hang with a 2 pound
weight on it.Gotta hope this ends soon because it’s friggin shitty. But I am thankful. It’s not my knees doing this bullshit that would be 3️⃣ times as
bad. Courle, I went back to Mary’s picked up my music
and my coat and headed on down to choir practice which I was eight minutes late for which means 7:08 PM. It was a fairly grueling Cunt the rehearsal. We did have a 30
minute break while the chamber people were rehearsing. It ended and I fixed up my calendar. It’s a very busy 2 1/2 weeks coming up around the corner. Fixed up my calendar And almost forgot my hat and umbrella, but it’s not 1018. I’m finally back at the Dorsch..
Good day, ladies and gentlemen, out there in the World Wide Web as they used to call it. Today, the last week of August is upon us in the next singing out
it will be September where choir rehearsal starts, implants get put in my mouth and I go up to Fenway Park later in the month. Right now it’s phone calls 
today and Social Security Office Friday. As for today Went to a meeting at 7 AM this morning after the meeting Mary told me she’d bought me some 
coffee which was very nice of her to do it. She has to go to that place on her own. Anyhow, I had coffee we talked for a bit and then it was time for 
me to go to Mike’s and her to go to her PT. One of her last PT sessions since the insurance pays for about eight weeks. I got the Mike we talked for 
a moment. Did a little bit of cleanup around the house. We then took our walk. It was short because he either has the gout his bunny interacting up 
or it’s something else. His foot was kind of swollen. He had to do that card machine cause he hadn’t done it and in order came in for paper towels and other
non-food items. I ended up having lunch calling Medicare about the easy pay program which you can apply for online but today is the 25th of 
the month and their servers were crashing because everybody’s paying their Medicare premiums. These are people who are holding off on Social Security 
and paying Medicare directly. I tried calling Delaware County the woman wouldn’t answer the phone. I then went to Fabio’s got Michael wireless mouse 
and now I’m going to CVS to pick up an order he already made. It was just flashed on the Internet that Dolly Parton died today at the age of 80 years old. Had 
no idea she was ill. Maybe it was a sudden illness maybe her PR team hid that fact for a while to protect her. Well I left Mike’s And headed down to Tina‘s 90 minute Bikram Hot Yoga Class. I got there a little before Mary got the stuff up and it was a good class today. It was consistently warm wasn’t like real hot and then cooled out same temperature the whole time. Went then came back from that class after we relax for a while and we went back to Mary’s and got ready to go to ACI. I had some applesauce and and brought a poppy. The ACA meeting was good tons of people there and we’d socialize afterwards, which is really cool and then we picked up some Indian.
