Sunday, September 20: A Cloudy Day Off

After very intense sleep of being drowsy, etc. got up around 10 AM and decided we would go to the café for some eggs get that protein in me. The aftercare instruction said to keep the protein level up to help healing. Well, I did that. I’ve been extremely low energy and drowsy since this procedure I believe more low energy than when I got my bone graft done earlier. No yoga for three days straight and very tired and low energy the one positive is that I have been sleeping well Motrin has been doing very well for me. I generally don’t need painkillers this long. I usually need it for one day and I’m done but now I’m on my third day and I still need them at night. Anyhow, Mayor and I did the open street which wasn’t well attended because it had been raining all morning. The Rain did stop for a while and we found the Pierre rubber bench. After that exclusive development went back to Mary’s place watch the Eagles win 27–24 over the Titans. The Phillies managed to beat the Mets to close out there series with them which we split 2 to 2. We then decided to watch the Knight watcher Knight manager and Tom Huddleston in it and they’re in Egypt and there’s already he’s being seduced by the woman who’s involved with a very evil man. Also got Indian food for Mary. I am going to have pasta. Well, the next week will be following up on my treatment on my teeth and cloudy days for the next 10 days. We’re either gonna have clouds for sure and possibly of rain often on for the next 10 days of what I’m trying to say. I would’ve taken off three days off in a row for yoga which I done since I went away on vacation last time I took a couple days off was when I had my bone graphs done on my teeth to set up this implant stuff. I also have an important errand to do in Millville, New Jersey, which I need to do at some point when I feel up to it medically and stuff. We have to finish our 30 day challenge and that’ll be more of a chance since we both took off three days over the weekend and taking off three days to go to Boston starting Friday.

Sunday, September 13: breakfast! Ashtanga and Bikram Yoga doubleheader

Good day everybody today is Sunday and for something different. We’re going to an ashtanga class. We decided to go. For this one class. We got up, went to the café and decided to get food that was quick to cook and not too heavy because you had a 2️⃣ hour Stoker class. We got our food very quickly as compared to yesterday was lightning fast because well the food was not gonna go on the griddle so to speak. Anyhow, the food is very good and we went straight from the café and we did check CVS to see if they had any Gatorade and this place didn’t have any Gatorade. I didn’t want to bring the Gatorade in the freezer and have it sit out for an hour and a half and get warm so I just said forget the Gatorade we went to Class gave ourselves. plenty of time The class started at 1 PM first gave us some background history about the ashtanga practice. Then we started the actual exercise and it started off with sun salutation and a whole rhythmic process where you would do Chaturanga downward, dog plank, etc. etc. it was quite involved. She added on a couple more things as he went along in class. It was very interesting. It kind of reminded me of the vinyasa class. They don’t teach Vinyasa because it wasn’t popular. Anyhow that class ended and loopy is very nice and we had questions for her. We then had about a 40 minute break between classes we took full advantage. We then attended Kaitlyn‘s full-fledged 90 minute class. It was a good class, but we ended up feeling pretty stiff after our muscles tightened up. It was a good class with Kaitlyn as they are. Go anytime we were there. We talked about ESA. The guy who taught his intense class. Everybody kind of gave knowing looks. It was pretty funny. I have to class. I was so thirsty and both of us were pretty tired we decided to go and get a smoothie and that was so good. We got back to the Dorchester and mellowed out for a little bit and decided then to have Indian. We found out that the owners of the restaurant are going to sell their business on October 7. I don’t think they’re making any money. So we’ll see what happens but that’s not great news. Anyway, we talked for a while and then we watched some law and order which is pretty good.

Monday, May 25: Memorial Day. 11 AM Yoga & Work.

This morning I got up like a regular day to go to work time. That was around 7:30 AM or thereabouts. I really did not get a good night sleep and it was kind of sucky. We then decided there’s no way we could hit a 9 o’clock class how I felt I think how Mary felt. So I got dressed and headed out to Mike’s and signed in at 8:51 AM I was very industrious and mopped the floor, swept the floor, clean the sink and took out the trash. It was in time to walk over to Hot Yoga , Philadelphia for a yoga class. It was a 60 minute class talked by Tina. I don’t go to 60 minute classes too often but when I do, I like to go to Tina’s class cause he really just whips right through and handles business. There was 30 people in this class. I had heard there was 30 or 31 people in the previous 90 minute class. That would’ve completely wiped me out if I took a 90 minute class today. Anyway, we took our time left the studio talked to Tina and the way we went. I went back to Mike’s where I really didn’t do all that much. I talked to him about his condition, etc. I then had lunch went out and got myself a couple of things and make some bread with a $10 coupon I got from CVS. I drink is lemonade raspberry mix. I was so thirsty. I just drank it even though it was sugary. It hit the spot. I went and eat lunch and didn’t really bother to have a coffee I figured I’m low on it and I’ll just save it for a normal day. It’s now 4:11 PM. I am heading towards Mary’s. So Mary and I hung out at her place and we decided that we to take a walk out in Rittenhouse Square and go get my new sneakers at the New Balance store. We walked in that store and they told  us they just about to close at 6 PM. The Internet had them closing @ 7 PM so we got there just in time order shoes, but not insoles cause they don’t have any even online. Rittenhouse Square was actually buggy and very humid. It felt good to be in a non-humid atmosphere. It was very moist.  The next thing you know it was eight and we decided just to have some bowls and a banana and it was very simple in I think we’re ready to have a good night of crashing.
