Wednesday, June 3: Errands, Sunny, Yoga, and Yin

Hello from sunny Philadelphia! Well today was Chuck full of errands and cleaning the refrigerator and what not I got up early well not that early and I had breakfast and then head down to Mike’s house a little bit late of course. It turned out that there was a refrigerator that had to be cleaned out. That refrigerator is really gross. I did not want Mike my substitute for the next five weeks to see the refrigerator looking all gross. So did that first thing when I came to Mike’s. After that, I made some of the yogurt I had had super coffee to relax refrigerator. After that, Mary invited me to meet her at the café and that’s what I did. I matter at the café and hung out for a little while and then I provided that I had to go to UPS and take care of some financials there so I went to the 17th and marketplace and took care of that then walked back just in time to see his physical therapist standing outside this apartment. He had just called Mike and I had let her in. Mike said he wasn’t feeling very well so she didn’t do any exercises with him. He said he was feeling tired, extra tired so she didn’t do any exercises with him. Maryann and I both work to Mike to get him to finalize his hours and all that that’s getting me a little bit nervous because he’s kind of dragging his feet a little bit. I think he knows how important this is to get this done but he’s still drags his feet. Meanwhile, we’re confirming dinner Friday afternoon at 5:30 PM with Wes myself Hellen Moore, and Ruthann best friends from wayback when.  I went to yoga class l at 5:30 PM but before that I took a nice glorifying Knapp, which really helped me out. When I went to dance Class house pretty ass stiff in my left hip and my lower back but I did OK. It was very humid in there. I didn’t get much in a way of video part of the day because I forgot to bring my charging cord. My phone almost died before I had a chance to sign out fortunate. I was able to sign out from work. Mary and I had ordered something from Royal Indian. Last yesterday they were closed for some reason. We’re watching Jimmy Kimmel in law and order. 

Tuesday, December 9: Coldest Day🥶! & Yoga

Today I woke up to the coldest day yet since last January of this year 2025. I got the Mike’s at about 9:17 AM. I just had trouble getting myself 

moving around. I packed up my yoga clothes, my drink, etc. I also ordered from Amazon to be delivered at Mike’s and Mary’s. The only problem is I found out later. Some of my stuff is being delivered 

at Mike’s instead of going to Mary’s. That’s the milk, the cereal and the anti-cavity stuff. That’s not perishable so it should be OK. The occupational therapist showed up and she asked me a 

bunch of questions. Actually what I do cause I don’t dress them or help him go to the bathroom or anything. That went OK. Same woman we’ve seen before. Next thing you know it was time to go meet Tim

for my yearly evaluation of my financials for my IRA. It was a very good year. I made 12% which is pretty damn good. We both agreed making 5 to 8% a year is the goal. So this will cushion me on 

when the AI cools off. He doesn’t think the AI will crash but he’s holding steady for at least the first quarter of next year the second quarter of next year things could be different. I’m a 6040 

mix so I’m pretty moderate risk guy. Anyway, I went to Capitol One café and my goodness an 8 ounce coffee without the Card would’ve been four dollars complete rip off but I think they expect

people to use the Capitol One card so they overcharge for cash customers. I then came back from that and Mike was hanging out with Limbo and that was interesting. Limbo says sometimes I 

come off pushy and condescending because I get a little bit too anxious so we and we had some laughs as well. Republicans are proposing instead of helping people with this outcome Obamacare 


substitute send likes $1500 to people to try to pay for expensive insurance. Typical Republican bullshit. It’s now 3:47 PM getting ready to go to my Tuesday night class. well, I did. Tina taught the 



class tonight and I felt very good in class today. I felt focused my body behaved itself and I just felt really good in classes. It was the best I ever felt in the class in a little while. Tina offered some

tips after class about Balance and maybe using the ballet bar. She said she could talk tomorrow. We then went back to Mary’s mellow out for a moment. I walked towards choir and Hannah responded to our announcement that we’re going to Alaska in June. It’s 7:04 PM. time to go to choir. 

Choir practice is pre-intense tonight. That room was so goddamn cold. 🥶 we went through some various songs and I think we’re dropping one of the numbers because we weren’t catching up the speed quick enough. I walk back to the 


Dorchester and man I was really cold. Went back and had some Indian and that was very tasty. we watched some law and order and cut the bed.
