Good morning & good afternoon since it is 12:47 PM right now as I’m starting this blog entry. It’s Saturday, August 1, 2026. A week from now will be in California doing the f Fox Flow thing. We planned also do plank café each day we’re there. Instead of getting it up at 11 AM, we got up by 10 AM which is good because we had extra time to look at stuff. There’s some very important people meeting behind Mary at reading practice being treated to alcohol and special food and some paperwork. it’s a business meeting. Very interesting I must say. The frame shops closed since they put all new windows in the bottom floor of the cooperative, which owns the property. Meanwhile, I’m expecting some changes in my bank account come Monday. I discovered those people were doing wedding reception plans and trying to sample food. Anyway, decided after the heart café to get a haircut before our trip to California next week. I decided to go to the convenience store and get two iced teas and two Pepsi’s. We were running out of the iced teas. It’s now 2:05 PM. i’m pretty full for breakfast and I’m just bought some iced teas and drinking one of them which tasted very good. I’m very thirsty and I’m charging my phone up because I was down till like 15% and stuff. We’re going to rest before our 4 PM yoga class today. It is very warm today. I think the humidity is going to build up. Yeah let’s see how my body holds up between my knee and my shoulder blades/shoulders because today is a 90 minute class. Well, Mia taught the class in the class was really very good. It was hot as hell in that room, though with the humidity being what it was. Meal only corrected me slightly on lifting my arms up higher, and I just kind of sat there and went to myself. They ain’t going any higher and she did acknowledge my injury. Anyway, afterwards, we hung out for a while and then I bought some more water cause I was so goddamn thirsty. Mary and I’ve been relaxed for a while and then ordered from Royal Indian, which was really tasty and yummy and we watched Jon Stewart John Oliver. Is 11 AM class and a 1 PM post clinic. We will get up at 8 AM and get breakfast split a bagel sandwich.
Today I got up unusually early cause I just wanted to sit for a while put my phone before I got to work. I got caught up and ended up being late anyway, but I got the Mike’s and it was a nice quiet day to start the week. I was thankful for that. Took out the trash shot. The shit with Mike did some catching up. That was good. I then ordered some stuff from Amazon and it came very quickly. It got it Mike at 12:30 PM. I got a whole bunch of packet and and Pepsi‘s and poppy drinks. Also got bananas and blueberries. It’s a nice day and it’s supposed to get warmer as the week gets along. Lindsay Graham died yesterday and the Internet‘s been arguing back-and-forth about his legacy. He really sold his soul of Trump. That’s for sure after he said Trump was a racist bigot. That’s his legacy to me. Anyhow enough for him. Mitch McConnell’s alive and so is Donald Trump so we have that. Anyway, it’s 3:44 PM. I’m heading towards Hot Yoga today. Well, Byron taught the 4 PM class. It’s a bit of a struggle today. I felt a little off-balance, but the class itself was fine. Maryann and I got a nice area towards the left front of the studio. Byron helped Mary with her knee. That was very nice of them. It’s now 6:16 PM and I just got dressed and listening to Cooper’s choice of music which is Fleetwood Mac today. Well, I have my MONDAY Night Beginners meeting, which I haven’t attended in five weeks. it’s pretty sunny today and it’s gonna get a lot hotter as the week goes long not 100° but it’s gonna hit the 90s soon enough. I went to my MONDAY Night Beginners meeting and it was. They talked about differences and similarities and how we should look at similarities and not differences. Pretty well attended for sure. There are no Monday nights and mimosas for the first time in a while. I guess Dan’s away on a vacation or took the day off. The meeting is over now and I tried to call Mary, but I think she took a cat nap. We’re just gonna do takeout instead, but first time to wake up. Mary and I watched two episodes of Law and order. The second one was about a family fight about some text that was found in Poland by one of the main characters father in Poland. The non-religious cousin paid somebody to steal it from the church and rip it up to upset his brother so they could sell the synagogue for about 15 million. Turned out the book was just a book bought at the bookstore Mary and I even talked about whether Judaism is a race and controversial subjects like that. Very interesting conversation.
