Thursday July 17: Songs of the Menstrual Choir

Hi, this is Mark and today I got up at 7:30 AM. I knew it was one thing in this website if I leave something hanging without seeing

it will disappear. I got up at cereal shake about Mary and headed out to Mike’s. I did laundry and had lunch just recently. It’s pretty damn hot outside. The neighbor Jorden offered to allow people to use 

his lockbox while I’m gone so they can get in the house while I’m gone. That’s very nice of me. A good dude and his girlfriend is nice too. I had a super coffee. Mike’s expecting a physical therapist

 at one and I ordered some Amazon stuff that’s supposed to be coming between the hours of one and 3 PM. well, the physical therapist showed up around 1:20 PM and then my Amazon stuff showed

 up around 2:15 PM. Put all that stuff away. Mike did a lot better on his exercises today than he did on Tuesday. That was a good thing. Then after I put all the food away and eat some of the fruit that I brought charged up, my 
phone came up with more questions for the specialist that I’m 

seeing next Tuesday. Anyhow, I went to get Mike his Scripps after a little bit of 

quiet and then just when I was gonna leave at 3:35 PM Mike’s Mom’s

 Meals came so I had to empty out the box of the ice, the Styrofoam and the

 box and then bring up the food and I did as fast as I can. I also

 made his bed earlier in record time. You know the fitted sheet, which can 

be a challenge, but I guess the more I do it the better I get at it I 

suppose so I’m not gonna be walking in late to class. My hustle and I wasn’t

 late for class thankfully. I got there on time. Mary put out a towel for me and I went to 

class. I was a bit exhausted and a victim of the humidity before class and it was 

pretty warm in there. Loopy taught to class and it was a challenge, but I made it through. That was a good thing. Mary and I hung out at the studio for a while and then we called it some Indian and walked back to Mary’s place. It was quite delightful. We got back relaxed, and then I went and got the food and Mary decided to go to an online meeting and I’ve been ran and tried to catch a bus to get there by 8 o’clock, BBC which was impossible because I kept just missing certain buses so I finally got the 33 bus at 20th andRay Street and so I won’t get there till at least 8:08 PM but what can I do? I didn’t feel like paying for Uber this evening 

Friday, January 24: Another Cold 🥶 Day

Today I woke up at the Dorchester. I got myself up early enough so I could get breakfast and that was really good. I enjoyed that. I think 


got dressed and headed on down to Mike’s once at Mike’s didn’t do all that much but I ended up going to a to CVS for a CVS run on the drugs we couldn’t get yesterday. I got back 

and Tony came by. He’s the physical therapist and he gave Mike a good workout today I’m prettyeven though I slept very well last night. I still think I’m running a sleep deficit. I 

found out my agency did get the tax thing right finally. The agency won’t do my

 taxes. You have to write the additional tax down on your own, apparently 

things are a little different with taxes nowadaysI’m glad it wasn’t like that when I was

working for the Commonwealth. Maybe however 

their payroll people are a lot more confident than the ones that work at the agency 

Impactful Homecare. It’s 318 today is wrapping up and planning to 

go to the 4 o’clock class. Well the temperature supposed to warm up a bit and

 get into the mid 30s at some point soon. 🔜. It’s now 3:46 PM. I’m getting 

close to Locust and 15th towards my 4 o’clock class. We have 1456 days of this bullshit to deal with 

or not deal with us in case may be Trump signed a whole bunch of 

executive orders. Summer just signed out of spite against people he doesn’t like it’s basically

 what it is awful just awful. Well, we had our 4 o’clock with Mia. My

 balance was way off today. I think it’s cause I’m just tired. We ended up ordering Indian and that was good. Watched   

 some Law & Order episodes and got ready 
for a busy weekend. Mary has her cleaning lady coming over at 10 so we’re gonna get up around 9 AM or soand then I’m gonna take care of some stuff around the house, my pills, etc.. 

Thursday, January 2: Winter is Here 🥶

Good day everybody is now 11:40 AM. I woke up at the Dorchester had some cereal and sprinted on down to Mike’s where I made it pretty
close

 to being on time about five or six minutes late. I got myself a new contact person from the agency I now currently employed. Anyhow, Mike had   2️⃣ visits today

 the physical therapist and the occupational therapist. They noted Mike was a little bit weaker and that any kind of exercise is fine. I overheard Tony say 

that Mike’s heart rate is low actually hit the 40s. He’s gonna keep an eye on it. 
Meanwhile, I started getting a little bit nauseous. 

Mary called and wanted to meet for coffee so I’m at thesupreme coffee at 15th and Pine creating this blog with 10% battery life because I forgot to charge

 it ahead of time. Well, Mary bought me some lemonade and she had some coffee

and we sat and talked for a little while that was nice. I think get back to Mike’s and did a couple things


well, as I was leaving Mike’s, I forgot all about all about the mom’s meals. It comes on Thursdays and there was a Mom’s Meals 📦 waiting so I had to 

run back in like a little bit to the sea. They also have my shift showing up at 8:45 to 345. I guess I’ll keep quiet about that as long 

as they pay me the 7️⃣ hours. Winner is really here I mean, I always talk about at least it’s not windy, but it is windy so which it makes it feel extra cold. Well, I went

 to class at 4 PM and I felt pretty good. Mary had to leave early from class but she’s OK. 

We hung out and relax and then numb. 
I walked down to JFK Boulevard and caught the 49 bus waited 10 minutes 

longer than I wanted, but it was all right went to the meeting where we did six and then caught the 49 bus on the way home.
