Saturday, April 19: New Suit My Fancy. Yoga 🍳

Good morning everybody I’m out there in Balog land. I got up around 9:45 AM at wonderful Dorchester. Play AIT and Mary prepared a wonderful


delicious breakfast. We’re planning to go out and get me a suit and maybe get me a haircut for the three different weddings 

that are coming up around the corner. It’s supposed to be mild hitting 80° believe it or 
not. Well, breakfast was very delicious.
It’s now 11:27 AM and we have to get a moving to our suit that we talked about doing some Yoga studios are very South Philly. please see the picture above. Anyway, we talked about the story behind Morton salt putting 

the tagline: “contains iodine, a necessary nutrient.“ and I looked it up on the Internet, wormhole and found out it’s very interesting. After we ate breakfast, Went over to Joseph a bank 

to go get myself a suit. I needed a jacket, pants shirt, shoes, and socks. Well, we settled on a charcoal gray pants and jacket. Both need to be tailored a little bit so we left them at the store. And I got some Florsheim shoes

 for about $140 which isn’t bad considering my New Balance sneakers by 

themselves are over 150 bucks. The socks by themselves were 15 bucks. I think I was 



terrorist because they were made in China. fuck Trump! Anyway, I think it turned out really well. I got a big thing on my to do list taken care of. Today is the

 first mild spring day. It’s a little it’s close to 80° outside. Rittenhouse Square 
was really nice with the vendors and people outside.It’s 

spring as I imagined it comfortable and you can wear a short sleeve shirt without getting too hot. I’ve
got favorable reviews on my suit from my sister Alice, my friend Donna 

so far so that’s good. I have quite the peanut gallery when it comes to my family that’s for sure so that is 
good. It’s worth all the money to get something

 that I know won’t embarrass me or Mary.  Mary and I relaxed and then it was time to get ready for the 4 PM 

class first first of all we were getting ready and talking about our 

trip to California in July where my niece is getting married in San Diego. Mary’s 

brother lives up in wine country and we’re thinking of combining

 both trips. We did we did go to the 4 PM class and it was pretty damn hot. 

It was pretty crowded and this is the first class where the temperature 

has been warm since lastfall fall. It did take a little bit out of me but ended 

up feeling pretty good in the class I still have my neck issue and Mary had it back issue 

as well. But we did pretty well and we un and in the studio and people talked about going to a Whole Foods but we came back here. 
There was a lot of pedestrians out today Sansom streets absolutely ridiculous next to the studio. Well, we went back to the door Chester mellow out and relaxed then we ordered some Royal Indian and
 watched a really good episode of Law and order season seven. We even re-looked at it to see the clues that we missed and it was a really well done episode the last few you’ve been 
very good.

Friday, January 24: Another Cold 🥶 Day

Today I woke up at the Dorchester. I got myself up early enough so I could get breakfast and that was really good. I enjoyed that. I think 


got dressed and headed on down to Mike’s once at Mike’s didn’t do all that much but I ended up going to a to CVS for a CVS run on the drugs we couldn’t get yesterday. I got back 

and Tony came by. He’s the physical therapist and he gave Mike a good workout today I’m prettyeven though I slept very well last night. I still think I’m running a sleep deficit. I 

found out my agency did get the tax thing right finally. The agency won’t do my

 taxes. You have to write the additional tax down on your own, apparently 

things are a little different with taxes nowadaysI’m glad it wasn’t like that when I was

working for the Commonwealth. Maybe however 

their payroll people are a lot more confident than the ones that work at the agency 

Impactful Homecare. It’s 318 today is wrapping up and planning to 

go to the 4 o’clock class. Well the temperature supposed to warm up a bit and

 get into the mid 30s at some point soon. 🔜. It’s now 3:46 PM. I’m getting 

close to Locust and 15th towards my 4 o’clock class. We have 1456 days of this bullshit to deal with 

or not deal with us in case may be Trump signed a whole bunch of 

executive orders. Summer just signed out of spite against people he doesn’t like it’s basically

 what it is awful just awful. Well, we had our 4 o’clock with Mia. My

 balance was way off today. I think it’s cause I’m just tired. We ended up ordering Indian and that was good. Watched   

 some Law & Order episodes and got ready 
for a busy weekend. Mary has her cleaning lady coming over at 10 so we’re gonna get up around 9 AM or soand then I’m gonna take care of some stuff around the house, my pills, etc..
