This morning I got up after having another one of my anxiety dreams. I slept pretty well I must say! I forgot the details of the dream,
but I was thinking too much in the dream. Anyhow, I rustled up some food stuff to bring over. I also brought my
new thermos for Yoga. This thing is pretty large. It’s equal to a large water +6 ounces. Which I would guess
is about 30 ounces. Anyway, it does fit on the side. It is very large. Anyway,
got the Mike’s chilled out and then Mike had a bathroom issue and there’s some massive cleanup to do which
kind of put me in a sour mood. Anyway, put a thing of laundry and I’m going
to CVS it’s 1120. Also, by the way, i’m got a food order from Amazon coming
in. Well, I caught the Amazon guy as he was coming
in cause he called me from a 206 area code. I no longer have blockage on identified numbers. I did this
spunk in the bathroom and now I’m grabbing lunch. I just read
that
Trump/DOGE changes in Social Security are taking effect and they make it a MORE of a pain in the ass to deal with Social Security. It’s
already bad enough. They don’t let you in the building without an appointment so you can call
and wait for an hour and a half to get an appointment. Fuck these people. Anyhow, I finished the Drury
and had a nice relaxing lunch and lo and behold. It was time for me to go
pick up my yoga clothes and bring a box of cereal over and it would turn out to be
a nice afternoon out here. In fact it’s a little warm in fact, I’m not used to thatand I started listening more more more by the Andrea true connection and then
Baby Flamehead in Indie band I listen to back in 1990 good times.
I went to Mary’s and picked up my yoga clothes and dropped off a box of cereal so I’m real good on the cereal
Front cause Mary bought a couple boxes as well. I went back to Mike’s got my Gatorade got my
thermos and I went to class Tina talked to Class. It was really a
good class and a good vibe. She seems to be really good. That way she creates
a good vibe and we told her about that and we also told her about the rounded soft comment
that Kaitlyn said at Hot Yoga Newberry and we all had a good laugh. Anyhow, we went back to Dorchester and chilled out for a moment and then I went to my meeting and it was about acceptance and everybody talked about their taxes. I’m going to savers. It was very interesting for sure.
Good Monday to one and all who care about this day of the week. Well, after a smooth flight back, we arrived in terminal at the Philadelphia International 
Airport and immediately went to catch an Uber back into Mary’s place. During the plane ride, I attempted to put myself to sleep with YouTube videos 
about sports and Social Security Benefits. Anyhow, we called an Uber pretty quick and as we were arriving to the Dorchester, there was not one but two 
broken down buses one right before you get to the Dorchester and one as you turn right onto 19th St. That was a quite a phenomenon then 
we got to Mary’s and she discovered there’s a leak above her bathtub while this is going on, I decided I would unpack and figure out stuff and that’s what I did. 
I then took like a quick nap of about five minutes because the guys came in from the repair crew and I said well fuck it. I’ll just head to work on adrenaline 
and coffee for today. It’s only 816. I’m gonna stop and get a coffee on the way to Mike’s. I got the Mike’s and did my customary cleaning, etc. Had a super
coffee as well when I got to Mike’s and then I just so I wanted to go to Mary’s for a bit and I had a feeling I would just end up crashing there but that’s 
exactly what I did. I think I went to sleep around 11 got up around one p.m. beforehand before I got to Mary I had a bathroom emergency and took care of that at the Starbucks. They even 
had to knock on the bathroom door but I think I’m all right right now at 1:25 PM. Well, I got back and Mike and order a whole bunch of food so I canceled the order for Akira. I had my regular lunch and Mike’s 
order came in. He ordered a whole bunch of stuff. So I got it upstairs took care of it and now it’s 3:01 PM Mary has a bad headache. I’m gonna go to yoga anyway I believe I have everything I need. At least I think I do. Anyway, it’s now 346. 
Tina is teaching today at 4 PM. It’s a 75 minute class. I’m thankful for THAT considering mylack of sleep and flying an airplane all weekend and stuff. Well, I went to the class and it was
very challenging. I did more than Tina before class. I ran into Linda before Class and quickly told her we have just got back from our trip over the weekend. I haven’t been that wiped out from a class in a while and I was wiped out. I’m glad I went however. Just took a little while to recover. I knew I wanted to eat the samosas and get ready for bed. We watched sideways the movie about two guys going to wine country drinking and getting a hold of our lives. It’s very well done. I enjoyed it seeing it for the second time.
