Monday, August 5: Hot🥵 Stocks Plunge, Yoga

I woke up after pretty decent night sleep. I had already done the 

laundry & Hi, had already packed for Yoga. I just had to load up with drinks 
and that kind of thing. I got to Mike’s @ the usual

 time. I didn’t have the motivation to do a lot. It is REALLY HOT 🥵 out. I am so over it how hot it is outside
it’s really getting old. Also today the stock market took a huge plunge because 

job numbers went down so everybody’s overreacting. Well the feds probably do something about interest
rates of discontinues and the Republicans 

are gonna be cheering it on because a bad economy is good for them because 

they are assholes. I did get Mike some scripts and took a quick 11 minute

 power nap because suddenly the sun just sucked all the energy out of me. 
I know the sun‘s a life-giving force but without humidity it’s not so much. Getting ready to leave to go to 4 o’clock class,  This should be interesting
 in class
 with Byron teaching today. Tomorrow I probably can’t go to class because I’m going to the Kamala Harris rally which I’m a little nervous about because I can’t seem to get any final info of when to show up. It starts

 at 5 PM. I went to Byron’s 4 PM Hot Yoga class. It was a good class. He leftv plenty of Arians so it wasn’t too bad. I was a little tired, but it was a decent class. 

Evan’s going to Europe to sing three different countries for the next three weeks. I’m heading to an AA meeting which I’m gonna be about 5️⃣ minutes late. The meeting went well about struggles 

during early sobriety. I did enjoy that meeting. Right towards the end of the meeting I got my official email from the Kamala Harris campaign saying that I was accepted into the rally
 that’s happening tomorrow I went back to Mary and asked her about it and I also notified my friend Eileen about it as well so tomorrow’s gonna be a half-day at work apparently.I had my two samosas and then we watched Officer Morris as the young guy and that was pretty wild story that’s for sure. 

Thursday, March 7: Cloudy!☁️ Mike’s Appt. Yoga

After crashing, I got up at the Dorchester and had myself some raisin bran that was just recently bought. Had some coffee talk to Mary and then 
I walked all

 over to Mike’s where I signed in around 8:55 AM. Only dad can really show up late Wednesday cause I don’t take class till 530. Today I take a 4 o’clock class and then truck on over


 to Fairmount and, go to a meeting. That means he starts at 8:15 and ends around 930 actually 9:15 PM. Anyhow, I did a small errand for Mike in the cloudy weather


 and then we got picked up by the ride Service and headed down to Penn Medicine urology appointment for Mike. We didn’t have to wait long  For Mike to be seen by the doctor, which was a fortunate thing. This was going 

on, sent Bob €100 from wise.com. The app made it fairly easy and what you had to do was just put in an amount and so about $110 is equal to €100 so the dollar doesn’t go that far in euros not bad exchange

 but it’s May  For sure. I got that done after back-and-forth Bible text messages. I sent him a mug shot of myself That was finally presentable



. I guess I’m a little bit of a bitchy mood today because. I did treat myself to a sandwich because I was extra hungry



 today. Well, Mike’s appointment finally finished and we got the rideshare. The guy was picking us up in a jaguar. Can you 

believe that? He had trouble finding us, but we got back around 3 PM and then the last moment around 330 the Mom’s Meals came in and I picked that up before running off to Yoga. I shared 

with Mike, the 1973 World Series with the Mets & the A’s. Willie Mayes was still playing. I think that was his last season as a professional
 baseball player. Well, I went to the 4 PM yoga 

class and was boiling high steaming hot, but it was a good class. After that class, we chilled out and went back to the Dorchester and hung out and took
a quick nap and then 

caught the 7 bus to the meeting. Went over the third step and it is the third month of the year. Enjoyed the meeting glad I went. I then caught the 49 bus to the EL which took15 minutes to show up, but I managed to get home and chow down and see highlights
 of Biden state of the union to each which I think went over very well. The Republican responded with March Taylor, Green, screaming Adam and, Senator Katie Britt looking like a demented housewife of the Trump variety .

Monday, November 20: Return Rental Car. Vyvanse the 1st Day.

atp Well this morning I got up and ate breakfast, and Cleaning Mormon came over and I wasn’t ready of course but she came over started cleaning and then I had to runoff and go to 

Mike’s sign and leave the backpack and then go to return the car. I went down to 30th St. return the car with no incident actually recognize people at this counter at the
I left 30th St. went home And took the outback and paid a

 hundred bucks to the cleaning lady. She was very appreciative and I then decided to hang out for a minute mellow out and hope that my Amazon packages that were due at 11 would come earlier. 

Well they came around 10:30 AM which was better nothing so I got the packages

 put the trash out and headed back to Mike’s.  I of course took the 

Vyvanse this morning and started feeling it within about a half hour. It definitely



 gives me a little lift. It’s too late to say it’s wonderful but it’s not bad 

either. I don’t feel like ranting, but I do have extra energy. It will be tested for 

Yoga because Yoga is one thing that takes a lot of energy. I also scheduled a Ray class for this 

Wednesday before Thanksgiving  Really had a good effect on me last time and with the 

combination of family stuff and meds it was a good idea. When I made it to 75 minute, 



class I decided I would do a double for the first time in quite some time since

 it’s cooler 
outside and just for something 

different got a new thing of water. Anyhow, 7 o’clock right now. I’m just gonna wait for the bus because I’m 
pretty
 tired. That was a good class but boy is that intense. Thank God it’s only 45 minutes ride

. fold like a tent I feel good about doing that. Anyhow, I’m gonna head to the Dorchester



 and charge my phone since I have 4% left.
