Sunday, February 28: I get 2nd COVID-19 Shot
Today I got up in time for the meeting. Attended the meeting and then went to a newcomer panel meeting afterwards which was very
enlightening. I think I’m finally going to get a sponsor. Anyhow I looked at my clock next thing you know it’s 12:07 PM and I had do be done in Ardmore by 2/28/21 to get my second vaccine.
I successfully got the vaccine and got a vaccine card which I have to keep in my wallet just in case I ever need it. It’s fully effective 14 days from now. I came in pretty rattled because I rushed out to get here and it was noticeable how nervous I was I got the vaccine and then I kept tripping around my glasses fell off etc. We exersized by walking up and down the stairs at the Ardmore house.
Saturday, February 27: Ardmore Away
Today I woke up in Ardmore and we decided to take a walk. It was a nice walk. It was cool but it wasn’t freezing cold so it made the walk a lot more pleasant. The snow is starting
to melt which is a nice sight to see. Snow has a way of lasting sting around forever and ever. Tomorrow I get my second shot of the COVID-19 vaccine from Pfizer. That’s a day and I’m looking forward to for a little while now.

Friday February 26th: February is Ending
Well, the other week has approached and I got most of it is on the ticket thing done. It was a mild sunny day today. It was quite a relief from the cold.
I finished work and then I got ready to go to Ardmore and pick up a pizza. When I
ordered the pizza it was it pizza that was too small. I had not realized that at all. I was fit to be tied. I explained this to Lynne. We then watched Netflix and sang songs of the land.

Thursday, February 25: Ardmore to Upper Darby
I woke up in Ardmore this morning. It was a nice sunny morning. I got
home a little bit late but that didn’t matter. I had a delicious coffee and cereal in Ardmore. It was a typical morning in my life.

(Wednesday, February 24: Not Much of a Day
Hello there I’m writing this on Friday the 26 so I don’t remember that much of the day. I have not felt like blogging so here goes nothing. I woke up and got to work and did my working
thing. From looking at the pictures I know that I made contact with
optimum healthcare to try to get reimbursement on my therapy and psychiatry. That’s
proving to be kind of a hassle at this point. When work ended I headed over to Lynne‘s in Ardmore. We had a discussion then we had dinner and watch Longmire. That is a really great show for sure.

Tuesday, February 23: Half Day @ Work and 3 Hr Appointment
Good evening everybody this is Mark speaking. Today was an unusual day. One of the reasons it was unusual was because I didn’t work
full day. I work from 9 to 12 PM. I signed out early to get to my 1:30 appointment in West Chester on time. I paid way too much to be tardy. The drive went OK. It was funny my supervisor called me the one I was just about to keep the appointment around 1:30 Pm. She
knew I was not gonna be at work because I put in my time.
he asked about this particular referral and I acted like I was still at work. It seem to be good enough. And the
appointment itself was very interesting. It was quite an eye-opener. It was very thorough. I went through
all kinds of questions logistical things and questions about my Scripps and past history. I’m also going to fill out reimbursement forms and get them from the insurance company so maybe I can get some of this money back. That would be really good I don’t care if I get 30% back
it’s something. I then came back talk for a moment and was asked about my appointment. I
then just mellowed out ate some Amy’s chili and did some meditation for 20 minutes. It was based on TM and just being still for 20 minutes straight is pretty cool for me because it’s hard to keep my mind still

Monday, February 22: Dreary, Wet Snow/Rain
I got up and I was pretty tired. I was not in the mood for work today but I soldiered on as usual. I had elect and MA support stuff to do
and I missed the unit meeting today. I was listening to something on YouTube
and I totally forgot to set an alarm for 10 o’clock unfortunately. I did not get real trouble for this which was a good thing. I did get the car. I got the carfare list done there was 55 names. That
was much harder than the 38 names I had last month. Today we reached grim milestone of 500,000 people dead from COVID-19. President Biden is speaking now at 6:00 PM about this ugly milestone. I got to Ardmore and looked up when the sun will set at 6 PM. March 8, 2021 is when the
sun will set at 6 PM. I’m gonna take a walk soon.
It’s not as nasty as it was this weekend with the cold. It snowed this morning but it quickly turned into slushyrain. Tomorrow I have an appointment
that’s three hours long starting at 1:30 PM. I go most of what I wanted to get done. I am glad since I was so goddamn tired! will put in my time in for tomorrow

Sunday, February 21: Last Week of February Starts
Good afternoon it’s a Sunday. Very cold and sunny Sunday. I got up at nine with my meeting. After that I went back to sleep and slept so deeply after about 20 minutes of trying to get sleepy. I think got up and I was read a book called “Getting the Love You Want.” by Harville Hendrix. It’s a deep
look at how to create a relationship that is positive and whole.
It’s VERY in depth!! Lynne got a food delivery today from Amazon.
here a lot of food in there that’s for sure. Lynne is talking to a close friend p.m.
It’s 2:34 PM. It’s pretty cold out now. The news outside my world Dr. Anthony Fauci had some words to say. Fauci on Sunday warned Americans to steel themselves against a sense of Covid-19
complacency even as coronavirus infections plummet. We’re going to take a walk in Ardmore because we both know that Manayunk
is still gonna be covered with snow in the road that we park onto gonna
be muddy as hell. It’s now 4:30 PM. Went went for a walk & it was much
ore enjoyable then last night! The sun was resetting and it was a very nice sunset. We listen to Barack Obama spoke and talked for a while. We also saw some very very cute dogs. We got home
and Lynne made some delicious smoothies. They’re delicious and nutritious at the same time. That really hit the spot. I love those smoothies. Help me relax as well
