Tuesday, February 11: Sleeping In and Yoga

Today I woke up to find that Mike had his procedure done at Pennsylvania hospital. This does not mean he’s being released from the
hospital today. That’s not happening. I slept in and eventually wobbled on down to Mike’s. I didn’t give myself time to get a haircut done. I did however get a nice massage done by Mary’s massage therapist. He has a 

professional athletes client and he’s very good. He got to that lower back of mine like nobody’s business.I don’t think I’ll be able to get that done till Thursday since tomorrow Mike’s being released from the hospital. Anyhow, I went 

to Mike’s place a little little cleanup, brought in some packages and had a very small lunch. After all that, I thought about visiting him at the hospital, but it’s good thing I didn’t cause he literally

 just got sent back to his room around 2:45 PM. And then went straight to Mary’s and then we went to yoga together. Chris’s class was good. I was very stiff from the 

massage so I couldn’t do the cobra and my stomach did hang in there. 

It was a little queasy. After yoga, we got smoothies and now they were tasty.

 I relaxed at Mary’s and went to choir practice to find out it was canceled! That

 was a drag to having to walk back and 
then walkback to Mary’s ended up crashing. It was an early night out. I’m looking forward to a day where I don’t have a funny feeling in my stomach or really 

stiff back, but we’ll see how that goes.

Sunday, January 19: Snow, TikTok Ban, Mom

This morning I had set the alarm for 9:30 instead of 8:30 AM because I knew I was really tired. The alarm went off at 9:30 and I slept in an extra hour and that was really needed. I rolled out of bed &took Uber back home.

 I ate a quick breakfast. I got my tax information from my pension for the last tax year and picked 

up my very last super coffee that I have. I’ve had trouble being able 

to get super coffee from Amazon. Anyway, I talked to Dave and I’m gonna meet him upat the Riddle village I believe. She was recently hospitalized. Got a successful operation 

on her hip. I’m gonna be meeting Dave at Riddle hospital at 12:30. I’ll be getting off the bus approximately around that time. Dave and I visited mom at the hospital. She 

was in good spirits. That’s a really nice hospital there. She’ll be transferred back to a room I believe tomorrow but I’m not sure Dave dropped me off on State Street and 
there 

was a trolley there in five minutes, which was great. The snow is really starting to come down now. It’s 1:22 PM.I just tried to my TikTok app. It’s working again 
but from what I hear you can’t download it off the App Store. This is so fucked up. The CEO of TikTok kissed Trump‘s ass and turned  TikTok back on. He 
did this even have to turn it off in the first place because the ban wasn’t going

 to be  enforced. This is an Iran hostage being released right when Regan came in vibes. Now Trump‘s going to run around and say I save TikTok Jesus Christ I wonder if the people I listen to we’re gonna go 
back on it. Anyhow, when I got home, I ate and didn’t see Pat however. And then just sat around and stayed warm. The snow started
& the Eagles beat the Rams 28–22. The ramps came awfully close scoring on a last-minute drive. They will now have a NFC title game showdown vs. Commanders!

Monday, January 6: Snow Trump Win Official🤮

What should I woke up with the first real snowfall facing me. It was pretty snowy. It was about half an inch on the ground when I 

rolled out of bed finally. I caught the train and they ran pretty swiftly and then I caught the Broad Street line which made me get in before 9 o’clock, which was my goal. Trying to be a good

 boy, but it was really tough to get up this morning. Anyhow, I got the Mike’s the little bit of pick up and clean up and took some stuff to the trash. After that, Tony showed up and got my exercising.

 Mike really enjoyed that more than he ever did in his life. No, 

just kidding. He did it though. He didn’t particularly enjoy it, but he did enjoy Tony’s 

company in conversation as did I. Anyway, I went down to William Way 

center. See if I could find my hat at the doors were locked at 1:30 PM. Mike’s trying 

to resolve the issue with the bank and Wells Fargo is one of the worst

 banks, they just gave him some total bullshit that he’s gonna have to hire private 

detective to figure it out anyway it’s 240 and the snow has 

stopped, but everything was closed. People are gettingmore easily closed because

 I swear it was maybe 2 inches. They used to keep the stuff open

 when I was a kid at 6 inches. Listen to me now sound like an old guy when I was a kid blah blah blah.. Donald Trump's victory formalized in front of a Congress led by Kamala Harris past him 

was written by USA TODAY. They had to rub it in the Kamala Harris led the formality of counting the electoral college votes. This is the start of 

the bullshit. Anyway, I found out something new about my clocking out which was good. I’m heading to Byron ‘s 4 o’clock class. Hopefully I had enough liquids
and I’m not too tired. It is cold and clammy and the snow has stopped. It’s now 3:46 PM. Well, Byron ‘s class was pretty good. I enjoyed it because I was in the back and I enjoyed hanging out at the studio
 afterwards and got some tips so did Mary. Afterwards I went to Mary’s and went to my meeting at the ethical Society. It was about expectations and then we watched a British series called endeavor which was pretty good. I then just wanted to crash. It was a good day. A good evening specifically.
