Wednesday, April 27: 2nd Quick 🤫 Quieted Day

Hello.. Again today I had a very quiet day because I need to sit still cause I’ll be bouncing around a bit for the next few days. We all
know the story. Anyhow, I got up early because lately I have been able to just sleep in. I wanted to but I didn’t. I got up and me and my sister had discussions sprinkled along today in between

her work and about different topics. Topics it don’t get discussed on a blog at least not this one. Anyhow, I took a little walk with my supercoffee and sat at the

Starbucks and just contemplated my navel amongst other things. I feel like I’m hitting a transitional phase because I’m past the point

of panic too what am I doing? How am I doing it? All that fun midlife
crisis shit without the booze. Mimi was very nice and provided us with lunch. It was  a vegan chicken salad. It was very good. Rest

of the day I hung out outside and took a little walk as I said before. Later on I watched some old groovy oldies such as TSOP and soul train together and

a summation of Saturday morning cartoon from the 60’s
& 70’s. Some I remembered and some I forgot but most of them were stuff that I remember as a kid in the late 60s early 70s. It was

a trip i saw clips from the Groovie ghoulies Scooby Doo and

Far Out Space Nuts. Boy, it was funny. It really really brought me back there were
some of the things like the Chan clan. I’ve sing that song in my head about
the channel and and I figured out where I got it from holy shit something embedded deep in my brain. Dr. Anthony Fauci officially announced

yesterday we’re ending the pandemic phase. We’re in the endemic phase will never get rid of Covid but it’s a matter of maintenance. So you know when Fauci saying it it’s every man and woman for himself and now the Republicans can concentrate on transgendered people and Wokeness rather than freedom from mask mandates. Goddamn

as a quiet day. After work, I decided that I would say so I did. Then pick me up and we drove down to Westchester to my therapist office for a 5 o’clock appointment. The traffic wasn’t too bad probably because of the hot

hanksgiving holiday we then talked a lot and took a walk near Wes‘s neighborhood in Overbrook Farms. We went back to her place and then I took the car back to  my place. I had some

eftovers relaxed and then eventually slept. the end

Saturday, October 24: Hanging Out Then Ridley Creek State Park

Well it’s Saturday. It’s a overcast day but it’s not supposed to rain today. I spent the first day

n Ardmore without Sophie the cat it was unfortunately put to sleep because she got cancer. I had breakfast

 and delicious
Chamaeleon concentrate coffee. We then decided we would go to Ridley., Creek

State Park and then go to Riddle Village where my mom is now living since last

onday. For we got to Ridley Creek State Park it was already starting to get dark due to

eading into the fall or winter. We went by this mansion and it was really cool

o we roamed around in there and I took a lot of pictures there. We saw some people getting married. We also saw somebody taking photograph of this couple doing push-ups and sit ups next to each other. I guess it was their engagement picture I don’t know. After we left the park we went to city tried to go to a CVS to get some toilet paper to bring to the riddle village. Well the CVS was a pain in the ass CVS to get into because it’s dark and the parking lot is confusing as crap so it’s 7 o’clock and we finally got to the CVS and  we next went to Riddle Village to drop off the toilet paper. Going to CVS was a real pain in the ass. I mean it was hard to find a parking lot. The sun is already set up been cut me a bit stressed out. You got me so stressed out that when I finally dropped off the toilet paper that I was a little sweet it out. My shoulder really really hurt when Lynn started to work. And I was reduced to tears it hurts so bad. I took some Ibuprofen and that really did help matters that’s for sure. Hi then blocked out and stayed at home and that was good for me.

Tuesday, September 29: Horrible Presidential Debate &A Managed Homeslice

Today I woke up feeling a lot less exhausted than I did yesterday thank goodness. I got up went to the meeting and they talked about communication. Real communication

you know deep stuff not about how sucky the Eagles are or the fact it the Phillies didn’t

make the playoffs again. Anyhow I started working and I’m not

due to get that gigantic list until tomorrow. I’m trying to keep up with my monthly report so I can quickly send them

ut by Friday to my bosses. My regular supervisor is not in this
week. Well I made the big plunge and got a new person to see a therapist out in Westchester. So I’m gonna see him

next Wednesday the seventh. Next week I have three appointments and the following week I have two
I’m truly becoming a senior citizen at this rate. Doctors appointments and doctors appointments etc. Anyhow, after work I went o a meeting it was kind of depressing but it was whatit was as The President Trump would say. Speaking of depressing, that debate last night was an unbelievable shit show. I’ve never seen anything

ike it. I’ve watched most of the presidential debates since Gerald Ford debated Jimmy Carter back in 1976. That started the modern version of

debates. They need to stop  these debates!  Or put a mute button on the microphones next to the moderator. Chris Wallace was overwhelmed. Trump just kept interrupting and interrupting and being complete asshole. He was trying to make you buying lose his cool. Apparently it’s OK to excuse trump losing a school which he does all the time but God for bid that his opponent Joe Biden can’t lose his cool after being in a ruptured the whole time. He still wouldn’t condemn white supremacy and he still is calling mail in voting fraud. The only hope we have is that Braden lives in a landslide and trump can’t debate anything. That was depressing

Monday, September 7: Labor Day 2020

I set my alarm for 9:30 so I could story ease into the day and not wake up and run around like a sea chicken. I did a little bit of my work at breakfast. Pat went out to paint his car and I hope to paint my walls with a tapestry of
my photos one day in the near future. I’ve been meaning to do that longer than

ovid’s been around so you know that’s been a long long time. Well she came

in and hung 7 of my photos in the kitchen. It was really nice of her to

o this🤠! Makes my place look a lot more lifting and that’s important for the psyche. It’s
now 4:23 PM we’re doing a photo shoot and then 🥾 hiking. It’s a sunny day. It is also pretty warm but it’s nice right now at 4:37 PM.

Right things are like put one together it’s hard to get and people lie about it

and it’s this other guy the 2nd book he scared she scared
talks about all the ways they lie about it and cover it up. Then head screws them

up every time and I listen to them really helping me  admit my shit to myself right on it is hairy. I’m

onna be taking the 23 and me test. I just ordered it and

aven’t been able to get myself focused on doing it. My friends going to help me
focus on it. I had to wait 30 minutes because I can’t drink anything

or eat  nything within 30 minutes of taking the test. Why did the spelling for the 23 and me and I put on another
ankle brace to try out.  It is more firm but has hurt on a
certain spot. It’s about 6:10 PM. Roughed in Manayunk to find this hiking location. It is cooled off quite a bit so I won’t need that sunscreen that I thought I might need. I got a modification onto it doesn’t rub job my foot near my ankle we’ll see how it works. We went to the Manayunk Cynwyd Heritage Trail and it was beautiful. It was a nice flat surface so I didn’t have to worry about my ankle so much. Since we went at sundown the lighting was absolutely brilliant. I got views of the Schuylkill River and the skyline of Manayunk. I got some really nice pictures I really enjoyed that time. The sun was nice and cool because it was the end of the day. We ordered food from sweet greens and that didn’t work so then we went to SNAP 🍕 In Bryn Mawr. It was crowded inside the pick up so we had curbside service. Next we ate in the car for a while and that Peter was damn tasty.  After that I talked for a while and then went home and ate
