Monday, June 9: Tired w/Fascism in in LA

I woke up in Millbourne after not getting enough sleep. But I got the Mike’s around nine. I later realized I left my charging cord at home and I don’t know what else I left there but that’s what I left. 
Mike 

 ordered some food I got that done and also we did some laundry. I’m going to my 2 o’clock doctors appointment and my phone’s about 
to die so I think I’m gonna go to Mary’s

 after this appointment.. Hang out with Mary and charged up my phone. I’m really tired Of my shoulder issue it’s really getting old very quickly
 if it hadn’t already. It was more 

discomfort than pain that kept me up last night. it was nice to hang out with Mary. I got to relax and charge up my phone which I needed to do. I got back to Mike’s
and he had the air conditioner 

on because he got overheated. He had one of his breathing issues when he went to the bathroom so he 
wasn’t doing that well but he was lying down with his shirt off. I ended up staying over for a little while because I need to straighten things 
up 

and make sure I brought everything with me. While I was there the 

agency called and they did find somebody to take over my spot for 2️⃣ days. 

hopefully Mike won’t need to go to the hospital on that period of time. It’s now 528 Mary’s probably just finishing
her class and taking a shower God I miss going to yoga class,

 but I’m kind of just relaxing and not feeling too much pain which is nice. It’s cloudy and just people watching as I catch up on my blogging. 
Anyhow I got to Mary’s around 6 PM. 

Big news is that Trump is escalating the federal response to the protests against ICE  kidnapping people and taking them into custard without any formal charges. He’s even threatening to arrest the Mayor I’ve Los Angeles and the governor of California Gavin Newsom. Trump wants to be a strong 
man fascist so bad he’s itching for a fight. It appears that the folks in LA are pushing back.. I got back to Mary‘s and we discussed the train situation in lieu of going to Baltimore
 and now we’re thinking maybe I’ll just roll a couple hundred bucks in a hotel and go straight from New York in New York City
for the evening looking for a hotel in Manhattan, which I’ve never done 

before it’s a little intimidating. Mary also brought back some smoothies, which were absolutely tasty as well as some. It’s now 8:15 PM and it’s still pretty light outside.

Thursday, September 19: Sunny, Head Cold

Well this morning. I first got it up at six cause I just couldn’t sleep then I’m just went back to bed after eating my cereal and that helped and I could’ve slept a 

lot longer. Today did not my find myself improving very much from yesterday if at all. I am functioning and that’s all I’m going to say about that. Citadel was supposed to make a visit, but the 

woman idea may not be working for the agents anymore due to being a nursing school or family or whatever. Mike had to call them to find

 out she wasn’t visiting. Then the guy at substitute form bailed out and is watching his niece so that’s kind of upended too after they pushed us to, make 

it decision. I want to look for my power cord at the William Way, Center. It is not there. They want us to do some memorization 

 and do this concert the music center on October 9. They did announce it at the rehearsal, but I’m just a little too overwhelmed even think about it , 

anyhow it’s now 134. I’m just gonna take it easy the rest of the day and possibly upgrade my phone to the iOS 18 but I’ll need to use my standard charger 
because iOS won’t load the batteries less than 20% and I’m at 23% now. Well, I got ready to go to the 4 o’clock class. And that’s what I did. I went to the fourth class 4 o’clock class from 

Derek talked to class. The room was really hot, but also also I’m struggling

 with my head cold so the heat didn’t bother me as much cause I was already bothered

 by the cold. After that, I headed over to 15 JFK to catch the
 33 bus. Bus a little bit late. I made it to my Ray session on time. That was a good session cause I got really nice tired. I then bought a cheesesteak
I wanted

 a chicken cheesesteak but they gave me a regular steak sandwich. Anyway, I ate it on the way home cause I’m so hungry.
