Saturday, November 29: 😎 Dinner w/ Alice’s Kids

Good day everybody today is the second last day of November. Today we have a big meal coming up. We got up around 10 AM and back in her husband came over and then Mimi came over. In the

meantime Alice got up at 7 AM to put the leg of lamb in the oven to cook up. Alice is prepping food right now. Ohio State Michigan are playing on the gridiron. I just had a bowl of serine and Mary had 

some bagels since her stomach was a little upset. It is a really sunny, beautiful day outside. My battery is down to 5% so I have to put my 

phone down and charge it up. It’s now 10:52 AM. We’re going to relax in the sun with Alice for a month then Mary and I will probably take a walk at the target again. It’s a gloriously sunny day today. Well, all

the kids came over and brought over coffees and a few other things. We lined up cooking chores for everybody and we ended up just hanging out 

in near the front door of Alice’s house. It was really nice and mild and sunny. I also got to talk to Hannah about going to Alaska and what month 

would be good base. Basically, she said to pick a month and then she would try to work around it. So we’re gonna go either June or July. The first time I seen all their daughter since the wedding I rarely get 

to see Hannah because she’s way up in Anchorage. Hannah said it was good to visit Seward because it was a nice walkable town in the trains really nice there. So we’re gonna line up a flight look 

at hotels and all that stuff as early as possible so we have it unlocked as they say. Maryann and I have then walk to target for a nice little walk and also to get Mary some over-the-counter drugs and some 

Pepsi and water. It’s now 12:49 PM. Well, Maryann, I took a nice long walk a mile each way to target it was a beautiful day for a walk. I got two Pepsi‘s for the road and we walked back and talked and talked about 

Alaska & when we might go to Larry’s etc. It’s now 40° in Philadelphia at around 5:00 PM . Take this the Lowe’s are gonna be about 28° when we get back Tuesday evening. That’s gonna be a bit of a shock 

getting used to that stuff. It’s 3:46 PM Mary & I took a shower and took a two hour break to just watch old 1980 Phillies highlights and just chill out. 

It was very nice to just do nothing now I’m nice and hungry which is good because there’s a ton of food that Alice and her kids are making. Football is being watched for Ohio State beat Michigan pretty 

bad and other football games such as Washington versus Oregon and Vanderbilt versus Tennessee. We’re now going to help Alice with the remaining 

parts of the dinner. We had a delicious dinner in that meat was really good. It was cooked for eight hours at leg of lamb was very good. We then 


played a game called mafia, but before we play that game mafia, we had played a charades kind of game which was pretty fun too. It’s now 7:46 PM. It’s very late in East Coast so nobody is awake there. Mary was the mafia for the second

game and she folded everybody and she was the last living mafia person so she did very well in the game. I’m feeling a little mellow right now, 

but I’m having ginger beer and that’s a good thing. we hung out and talked for a while and then everybody had to leave at different times. Maryann and I did a little bit of cleanup and I threw out the trash and recycling as well. If you want 

everyone cleared out, we just hung out in the living room and I had a couple of yogurts

and something to drink and we all just zoned out doing stuff on our phones, etc.. 

Saturday, April 26: Finalizing My Suit and Yoga

Today was a sleep day, which I really needed. Got up around 10:30 AM and that was really nice. We decided to go to the café. We need to get some coffee there 

and get some food. With him we’re gonna go to Joseph A Bank and pick up my 
suit. We also had to return the two shirts 

since the neck was way too small. We needed to get tailored fit and set a slim

 fit. The guy, Josephine Taylor, Josephine bank was really good. It 

was also spitting rain off on all morning. We also picked up an undershirt to wear. We had gone to Fabio’s to get that. We then got back to her place relax for

 a little bit and add some tea. Also, we tried on the new shirt which fit perfectly. 
So those shirts will be ready for the three

 weddings that we’re going to in the next 2 1/2 months. Well, we signed up for Mia’s class and then we went outside and the skies just opened
up on us. We came 

to class frequent wet. well, that class was absolutely steamy. I think it was the hottest class I’ve been in this year. Oh my God was that fucking hottest boss I mean really fucking


hot. I mean I drink tons of liquids and it was fine to hang out afterwards. Upstairs shower was busted so I drank more water and then took a shower downstairs. We got back home 
and realized my Dr. Bronner’s had bust opened up in my bag so I had to empty out my backpack and Mary put my backpack in the wash and then I bought some cilantro and iced tea. Mary 
is hard at work cooking up her stuffed peppers. That’s a lot of work involved with cooking those things. I went downstairs and put the clothes in the dryer. 

Well, after all, that was done, we settled down to some delicious stuffed 
peppers and we talked a little while. They

 were very good and filling. We had two of them and enjoyed them. There’s 4️⃣ left so 

we have one more good meal either Tuesday or Thursday of next 

week when I have to go to choir and Thursday when I have my CODA meeting. Then we decided we will watch some law and order. I’ve failed to mention I spilled Dr. Bronner‘s all over

 my backpack and it was totally gooey with suds and liquid so I had to empty up my whole backpack and I got that washed and dried and put everything 

back in. We watched the Law order episode ended season season  8️⃣ Well, we got ready to go to bed. Tomorrow I gotta go to my mom’s early and we’ll see 
how that works out. it was quite a busy day today for sure, but things got done. And their things to get the next week. Make a dermatologist appointment

 is one of them. Possibly switching my primary doctor that’s another one and some New Jersey stuff.
