Saturday, September 27: Ellie’s Wedding

After getting up in the middle of the night and trying to catch up on my blogging, I did eventually go to sleep and it was a good sleep. 

We then went to a breakfast place called spa bar. It was a normal breakfast place with eggs

 

pancakes, French toast, etc. there’s more down to earth than the place you went to yesterday and the help wasn’t grumpy. We decided then that we weren’t going anywhere today too far away so we’d 

have time to get back, take a shower and get dressed. Afterwards we walked around downtown Healdsburg, which was very nice. We saw an art gathering like they do in Rittenhouse Square where people put up their wears for sale, etc. There were some interesting things there. Mary ended up getting a T-shirt. I never got my T-shirt, but I did lose my Philly hat. I think I left it at the breakfast place if I had a guess. I was able to take a nap. Mary didn’t get much of a nap unfortunately. The upstairs shower was very hard to figure out so we both took a shower downstairs and that felt pretty good. I put on my suit didn’t get to wear an undershirt cause I forgot my nice white undershirt but I have a blue shirt on and it’s not humid out so I should be fine. In his latest invasion of an American city, Trump is sending out federal troops to “War ravaged Portland.” What a goddamn joke. Wedding ceremony was really cool and very beautiful. They had all the nice touches and they had a guy who the efficient efficient of the ceremony were leather woven shoes and could play a little guitar. It was a little bit new age that way, but it was pretty down to earth ceremony. They had a lot of people contributing to the wedding then they had this cute thing where we had this Polaroid camera take pictures of you and God they had the ugliest picture of me ever in my in the last 20 years, but I am it will not be released on this blog or anywhere else. I look like I’ve been just hitting the sauce hard. It’s now 6:02 PM Pacific daylight time just had a long conversation with some Michele’s friends and people are starting to get ready to sit down for the dinner. The weather is really cooled off significantly, but it’s still fairly comfortable outside. Today’s the supposed to be the last sunny day before the clouds move in tomorrow.

Friday, September 26: Visit to Bodega Bay

Hello after A wonderfully exhaustive sleep last night we got up at around 10:00 AM and went to a breakfast place called something. The food was very good. The service was quick but the problem was we had a very grumpy waiter because there was no coffee 

station so for anything like extra sugar or milk or cream you had to request it from a waiter or waitress well we had this old guys like my age who seemed to really inconvenience that he had to get us

 stuff and it was really kind of exhausting and a pain in the ass. Saying that the food was delicious and like I said before the food came very quickly so after that, we headed out to Bodega Bay, which was about 40 minutes

away from Healdsburg where we had breakfast. It was a really nice drive. It’s so much better to drive these roads in the daytime than it is in the middle of the night when you’re exhausted like I was 

last night. So we went to first went to Bodega Bay or parts of it were the scene from Alfred Hitchcock the birds and the school and church were still there but the school is now owned a private hand so you can’t go in it, but you can look at it from the outside. It was

really beautiful weather out and we went to a couple stores that were really very groovy the owners of the place or the people working that were very nice and we’re very conversational. We both really enjoyed that. We then we 

went to Bodega Head where it was a lot more craggy not grumpy craggy. The scenic vistas from the Pacific Ocean were so cool we couldn’t get enough of. The water looks very rough. I wouldn’t

go in it, but there were a couple people with their kids swimming on
one of the beaches. It was kind of scary. There were a lot of rocks and it was a bit breezy, but they
couldn’t complain about the weather. It was absolutely beautiful. Speaking of beautiful, we went to Goat Rock Beach ! What is spectacular view that was. One rock had a huge hole right in the middle of that. You could
drive a boat through. It was pretty stunning. I must say. On the way back to our home base in Healdsburg, we went by town called Monte Rio, which was really cute. I’d really wanna go back there 
because we were gonna go to the Armstrong State Forest with the weed woods, but we didn’t have time to really give it the time it deserves so 

we just hung out in Monte Rio and got a pizza slice and a bunch of drinks which was really good. We’ve been set out to go back to 1705 Latigo Lane in Healdsburg California. It’s a nice drive back
a lot of scenery, etc. it’s a lot more fun to drive during the day that it is in the evening. The streets are very dark. And you have, we got back and
 we decided we needed a nice half hour quick nap and that’s what we did. That was really good then I go to my super coffee that I had left and got changed for the wedding rehearsal party that

 was held. They had your wedding rehearsal early in the day that started at 10 AM this was just the effort to party. Man they had quite a spread there. Oh my God there was so much food. There was a formal dinner. It was
more like self-serving charcuterie, and stuff like that. They have a really nice house. It goes all the way in the back in the backyard is very large. Do you have an area where they spread out of carpet 
too comfortable couches. My main meal of the day was homemade tacos where they had the taco shells and the ingredients we just made and taco. That was quite tasty. We did talk to Mary brothers
topics range from peptides to Mary’s mother’s death and last days. Is very all very interesting for sure. We stayed there till about 9:30 PM. We decided to head 

back with some leftover sliders and go back to the home base at 1705 Latigo Lane in Healdsburg. Overall, it was quite an eventful day that’s for sure

Thursday, September 25: Flying to Santa Rosa

Well, this home slice got up at around 7 AM too get riproaring ready for our flight to Santa Rosa airport. It’s a small airport so we have to do a stop to Phoenix. Anyhow, Marriott ordered some delicious sandwiches from the café and we had those. I went to lamé and got some coffee, which was 
tasty, but I had to drink it really fast because I didn’t have enough hands to hold all my luggage and drink the coffee. The Uber guy was was excellent. He just weave around traffic on Walnut Street  
like a pro. I did wait and save and saved $10 from the Uber price using Lyft. When we lifted up almost in time and will be arriving around 12:30 then we have to walk 15 minutes to the terminal in Phoenix to make our connecting flight. My comment about 

the magnets really hit the spot. I got 150 135 likes. Anyhow, we landed in Phoenix 20 minutes early, which was wonderful because we had a connecting flight. It was about an hour otherwise and it was a 15 minute walk to get a half a mile from one terminal

 to the other. We then found a place to eat, which is good spicy Mexican food right near the terminal B3 where we are at. It’s now

 1:02 PM they’re about to start boarding at 1:07 PM. I confirm with 

her to my pick up time. Is 4 o’clock at Santa Rosa right now. I’m charging my phone. Just saw an economist article that says it Trump will fail to silence his critic, but also America could still fail. They always 

have very thought-provoking articles that can rarely be read them for free. We landed in Phoenix, which was over 100° but we didn’t feel it cause we’re inside the airport. We immediately went to a little

Mexican place in ciao down on guacamole and chips and tacos and a burrito! 🌯🌯 We then had time to freshen up and I charged my phone and we boarded a small little plane to Santa Rosa airport. 

We landed at 3:45 PM. We’re gonna pick up Mary’s luggage and pick up the Rent-A-Car. Well, that went very smoothly. We picked up the Rent-A-Car, which is some generic small SUV. We then drove over 

toJoe and Shelly‘s place in Healdsburg and hung out with them for a while. Their place is beautiful. It’s a bungalow that stretches way in the back. They have a huge backyard all set up for the wedding 

rehearsal. Medicine several other people quickly as they went to the swimming pool in the house across the street. Joe then guided us back to Sebastopol where the house that we’re staying at is located. 

This place is pretty luxurious wall-to-wall carpeting animal skin on the bed that we’re lying in prepare very very nice. The only thing that’s nice or not nice around these parts is that the cellular reception 

is down to one bar. It is not very good here at all in any of the places. Anyhow, we then went to send 8190 Covert Ln.. in Sebastopol to chow down some delicious salads and fish. They 

also had big pieces of meat that I was not up for that. It was swordfish, ma’am. It was good. I chowed down like like a hungry man. We ended up hanging out and talking for a while about different topics and then Mary and I drove back to good old Latigo Lane to sleep we were both really tir tired because of all the driving because of the lack of sleep. It was a good day overall it’s just time to catch up on the jet lag of sleep that we experienced
