Thursday, July 30: Coffee. Work, Yoga & Meeting

Good day boys and girls today is Thursday the second to last day of July. July is rapidly coming to an end. I got up at 8:00 AM which caused me to be very late to Mike’s. I had breakfast at home and scooted on down to Mike’s the school bus that carries all the privileged kids was way gone. That bus picks up them from the ethical society. I get a meeting there on Mondays. Anyway, got the Mike still a little bit of cleanup and talked for a bit. I then went to CVS to pick up some items and a prescription that he had filled at the old CVS on 15th and Spruce. I still predict it’ll be closed in a year to 18 months due to shoplifting. That’s what the Wawa uses as an excuse to close all their stores in town. Anyhow, I then went to Amazon and ordered some items to be delivered to Mary’s place since I finally got my pension check in my paycheck from work. I went ahead and paid as much as I could offer for the cards. Pat will be cashing the rent check on the First of August. I’ve been decided later on to get some iced coffee and it was a nice walk down Broad Street boy oh boy those clouds look really threatening. Anyhow, today is a 90 minute yoga along with a meeting with CODA that starts at 8:15 PM. Mike is going out of the way to help his cousin with some De stuff with the government. He’s very good at helping out his desperate family members. I wish his sisters would do the same for him, but I digress. It’s 3:13 PM now trying to get this blog started in the photos processed. The abuse that Dr. Fauci took from Republican was absolutely shameful. The relitigating Covid because they really have nothing else to distract. The communist manual failed to work so now they’re trying to make people a.k.a. their base mad at Fauci about Covid. What a bunch of assholes. Well, I’m heading down to Shalice’s 4 PM class today. It’s cloudy but it doesn’t look like it’s going to rain in that soon which is good. I’ll see how the coffee blends in, but at least I got an icy to drink. I like having something to drink right before class I think that it really helps me out. Well, we did have a good class with Charlize today. My leg felt a little tight, but overall the class went pretty well. She was very helpful to both Mary and myself when it came to our our leg and knee issues that have cropped up over the last couple of weeks. It was a good class. We then left and came back to the Dorchester and we relaxed took a short nap. Then then I caught the seven bus to the CODA meeting and. I made it on time even though the bus was about 10 minutes late. It was it was a decent meeting. They announced also that that business meeting will be held next week. Business meetings I don’t really look forward to them that much. Anyhow, I got back and picked up a round of Indian food. That was good. We then talked for a little while. Watched one episode of Law and order. Mark expected to be a sunny day. Tomorrow is the last day of July and then we enter August what they call a dog days of August. Next week I’ve officially apply for Medicare because it’s three months before my 65th birthday. That should be interesting my life Niece starting to act up a little bit more because I don’t know I have a muscle that’s really tight attending or could be sciatica. I don’t know but we’ll monitor that stuff he leaves next week and we’re flying to California. And we’re gonna go on a retreat in Mexico in mid February.

Wednesday July 29: Mild Day. Yoga & Yin

Good day, ladies and gentlemen this is Wednesday. Well today was complete opposite much less humid. Very sunny outside until now. It’s now 3:09 PM and there are some clouds popping up. Anyhow, I got up a little bit late and skipped breakfast and went to Starbucks for coffee and a sandwich. I didn’t have to bring my backpack because it’s Wednesday so I go to Mary’s first and then both of us end up going to 5:30 PM yoga and then Yin class. Today I did some cleanup for Mike walked around dodging baby carriages. It’s nice to have seating at Starbucks. I did notice that there’s a sign that I think they want to sell that area for retail so Starbucks might be moving out of that corner in the next six months to a year. That’s my prediction. They seem to like to close places that help people out because of profits or lack there of. Could because of the economy that Trump is handing us is finally trickling down to convenience, stores and coffee shops. I don’t know. After therapy decided to sit in the corner on the stoop and finish off yesterday‘s blog posting and start this one. I have wasn’t really in the mood to block Blog very much but here we go. I can’t believe next weekend is our quick trip to California and this weekend is our posture clinic on Sunday with Mia. Anyhow, 4:07 PM I left Mike’s and heading to CVS to pick up my Resta Tontogany new primary provider to call in. Then gonna head over to Mary’s and hopefully grab a quick nap before Wednesday Yoga and Yin. Mary had a very good Reiki session with Katelynn, which was good to hear and my Massage hit the spot really good. I didn’t mention that earlier. Well, got to Mary’s took a quick nap and then we headed on down to Dan‘s 5:30 PM class. It was really packed. I haven’t seen a class this full since before we went to Alaska in June. Now I’m sure there were some full classes while we’re in Alaska, but I didn’t see him cause I was away. It was pretty hot in the beginning and then it kind of mellowed out as a class went on. My leg is still tight from the massage, but it was a little bit better. We ended yin and that was pretty mellow. We went straight to curry leaf and got one meal and Mary ate the leftovers from last night and I had  The butter chicken. That was very good and we watched one episode of Law and order. this is a pretty mellow day I must say. July is almost over in August is around the corner.
