Good day everybody after staying up till close to 2:30 AM I got up had my protein drink and a yogurt drink to start off my day. I’m still on unlimited diet due to my extraction from last Wednesday. I got the Mike’s a little bit late and it was a quiet day there I found out I need to take the day off Friday because for some reason the doctor decided to schedule him for 3:45 PM on Friday so I decided I just take the day off and they can find another person. Mike I think has an appointment Wednesday, but he was thinking of changing the appointment but I’m not sure I had yogurt and a yogurt drink for lunch which filled me up nicely. And then let the nurse in the nurse went over things with Mike while I watch a little bit of TikTok‘s about the White House correspondents dinner bullshit with the shooting, that seems like a set up and the Eagles poaching a draft pick from the Steelers. They got a new wide receiver and pretty sure they’re going to trade AJ Brown in fact, everyone is sure of that. Hi then Mary at the Apple Store to see what kind of adapter I needed for the four dollar hard. drive I bought The Apple guy wasn’t sure about it the exact procedure he showed us a sand disc which is 600 bucks which I’ll only use if we can return the other one. Anyway, it’s about 2:41 PM. I’m sitting on a stoop at 17th and spruce writing this blog right now. Hey kids, me and Mike talked about it. I remembered there was a friend named Lisa Collins, who was actually cleaning my apartment once until you know who didn’t like her. Anyway, I thought of her as a possible substitute, but she lives in Jersey and she just told me she’s taking care of her three autistic grandkids so I think I got to communicate with her for the first time in a long time. I know it was through Larry originally anyway it’s 3:42 PM marching off towards Monday night Yoga. That’s with byron he’s teaching tonight after being in Coachella for two weeks. It’s Samosa night but I’m not gonna be able to participate because I can’t eat them. They’re spicy and hard on the outside. I want to byron‘s class and it was pretty good. It was warm, but not terribly warm, but I was really hungry during the practice. I was almost wanting to do a dry heave, but I managed to save that off. That was a really good thing for me to do to hang in there. Then I came back and I ate a whole box of pasta and we watched two episodes of Law and order and watch a little Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Kimmel and we’re trying to go to bed before midnight right now it’s 11:26 PM.
Hello! Well, today is Monday and after hitting a nice 75° on Saturday we got rain yesterday and cold today. But this is nothing new here in Philadelphia in April. You can go out rolling Easter eggs at the White House and claim you killed Osama but no if you are a deranged, Donald Trump. That’s what he did today. Anyway, I I had a genius bar appointment at the Apple Store today. I went about my battery issue and they did diagnostic test on the phone. The phone was fine. It’s still delays when you charge it. The phone waits about 15 seconds to 30 seconds to start charging, but once it starts charging, it’s fine. This may be a sign of things to come. I’m hoping to not have to buy a new phone anytime soon. Or at least wait till the iPhone 18, which is coming out I guess next September I assume. Anyway, they arranged me to have an Applesupport. Call me at 12:15. In the meantime went to CVS picked up some things for Mike and got the call after I ate lunch. They gave me instructions and what things to buy so that’s what I’m gonna do get some things to buy and see if it works. Otherwise, I have to make another call. I’ve then went to the special Pharmacy and picked up some scripts for Mike they had them already. Which was a good thing. Today is very sunny and cold really bright sunshine glaring in your eyes, but you still have to wear a winter coat and a red cap to keep your head warm. Well, next thing you know it it was 3:30 PM and it was It’s time to go to byron‘s 4 o’clock class. This is a classroom get mimosa. Byron made an announcement about a graduation ceremony for the new Yoga teachers in May and talked about Dan getting samosas. Also, Dan having an event too. I went to the class and it was a good class. I got a lot out of it. Then it was time to go to the Apple Store and figure out what we’re gonna get for our hard drive that I just bought. I bought the same one as Mary did. And then went straight to the MONDAY Night Beginners meeting and got iced tea and Pepsi for the supply.
