Good sunny day everyone out there in Internet land. It is probably the prettiest and nicest day we’ve had in a while. just good stuff altogether. Well, I found out we don’t have two rehearsals. We just had the one last night. It was a choice between Thursday and Friday. I wasn’t that sure. Anyhow it was a little cool this morning so I bought a long sleeve shirt, but it warmed up fairly readily and that was nice. Anyhow, Low humidity sunshine and Mike’s infusion Nurse came in a nice early hour so we didn’t have to wait till the end of the day like last week where the Infusion Nurse arrived after I left. She’s very nice. Anyway after she left, I had lunch and then I walked with Mike around the block a little bit and thought about going to the coffee shop but he decided he had to go upstairs. It was a nice day just to sit in people watching and soak in the sun. It’s now 2:14 PM. I just finished going to the CVS to pick up my ibuprofen. It’s been sitting. I found this prescription when I went through the CVS app that I could check ready for refill. I didn’t want automatic refills because I just didn’t wanna be overstocked with ibuprofen. Well, we don’t have rehearsal tonight because it was either Thursday or Friday and it became Thursday. I did some last-minute cleanup of Mike’s place and took took some garbage down and shot the shit with Mike. I signed up for 4 PM today and Katelynn‘s back from her big vacation in Spain in Portugal she’s teaching the class. I had an icy drink and it’s still nice out but the clouds are starting to form. It’s now 3:40 PM. Well, as of now humidity sort of starting to see Ben but it’s still not nearly as humid as it was the last few days that’s for sure. It’s currently now 3:48 PM am approaching the studio. Well, Kaitlyn talked to Class and it was pretty well attended. We were up on the fourth floor, which is every Friday. I did conveniently forget about that. So we didn’t get the standing the very front left light we generally do. It was a good class my balance was off today, but it wasn’t as humid today so it was not too hot for either of us.. We hung out the studio for a while and then we stroll them back to the Dorchester. While there the Dorchester, Mary showed me a funny advertisement. Robert Goulet did for a brand of nuts and it was hilarious. I think we’re gonna get pasta and then Watching old Humphrey Bogart movie
Hi! Well, I had a much better sleep last night. I got up and got ready to go to work and Mary got up to get ready to meet a friend at 9 o’clock. I had two bars for breakfast and Mary’s gonna have breakfast at café to meet her friend. Got the Mike’s a little before nine. We’re waiting for the nurse to come up. She got there around 10:25 AM. She came with her other nurse. They discussed Mike’s pills and being out of pills and how he felt etc. it was fairly intense encounter. Mike said he felt weird but didn’t wanna go to the hospital then he said he felt better and no exercising was just temporary, etc. etc. Right when this is going on Mary notified me that our feature for Hot Yoga , Philadelphia came out on Facebook and Instagram. It was quite exciting and well written up. They took really they took some really good pictures. It’s very exciting to be featured. We got some nice comments from some people and that was nice. It was very gratifying to be rewarded for all the hard work that we do in the class and we come to six or seven days a week nowadays. I’ve had some funky stuff with the knees lately, but mainly at night. Anyhow, it’s really sunny and mild today. The opposite of way the weekend was. It’s not 1:20 PM. I went and picked up my script that he had run out of that they were concerned about. It’s a beta blocker blocks beta! I’m waiting for an order so I have to wait at the checkout counter. Anyway, I got Mike’s stuff and went back to his place and he decided he would change accounts from Verizon to T-Mobile so he’s on the phone for about 40 minutes. Switching providers and I know how that can be because well phone companies make it really difficult to switch providers. I had something some poppy to drink and then chilled out and headed out to Yoga, but I decided to call my sister about posting on her Krull website abo Dedicated Hot Yoga practitioners. I arrived the studio a little bit early Saint Mary’s spot and class starts in 10 minutes. Well, I haven’t talked to Class and it was a 90 minute class. I was near the front door at one point I was facing the window while doing Move usually face the window facing Sansom Street, but it was interesting to face a different way folks congratulate us on a write up, which is very hardening for sure. We then left the studio and walk back to Mary’s picked up some dry laundry.
