Friday, March 20: Music Lesson 🎼 Mike & Yoga

Greetings Kings and giants of industry. Today I woke up after a difficult night of sleep due to my right calf calf right by acting up but the Advil worked very well. That’s for sure. I called Mike and he’s not getting out today. He’ll be getting out probably after the weekend. You’re still draining fluid out of him. That was a relief because I had things to do. I first grab some money and got my haircut and took the Uber up to my music lesson because it was just a lot less stressful to do it that way then to take SEPTA so I went to the music lesson and that 45 minutes disappeared quite fast. It was very intense. It was a good lesson. I went ahead and paid her and then took the EL to Mike’s and couldn’t get the fitted sheets in because it was just too difficult I think washing the fitted sheet made it harder to do so. I called Mary and told her about the frustration and then she agreed she could help me tomorrow with it. Anyhow, I then went from Mike’s to Pennsylvania Hospital via Uber because I had to bring that stupid machine that monitors his fluid levels. When I got to the hospital, he still had too much fluid in him so they’re keeping them as I sit before. I then took an Uber to Mary’s and we’re going to call the travel agent it’s 2:08 PM. I either lost a super coffee. I left it at Mike’s. Maryann and I outlined our trip to Alaska. We’re gonna skip going to Homer and go straight to Fairbanks before going to Fairbanks, we’re going to a little town and then go to Denali and then Fairbanks and then drive straight back. We called the travel agent and we’re gonna go check the budget Rent-A-Car they have the best deal which is not a great deal, but everything is expensive and Alaska. We’re very much finding out.. Anyhow, we went to Kaitlyn‘s 4 PM yoga class and it was lightly attended but very good class. The room wasn’t as hot as usual, but it wasn’t bad either. My balance was off and I found out I was curling in my feet in the floor bowl that I wasn’t aware of. Anyhow, we finished up class. It got really crowded outside and it started spitting rain as the forecast is predicted. Any next thing you know that we were calling Royal Indian and found out after I’ve made a visit that Royal Indian is closed tonight randomly I don’t know how or why but it just is so we decided to go to curry leaf. The food wasn’t bad. We ended up watching two episodes of Law and order and confirm confirming our Rental Car so we got that done. We made an itinerary we have to share with the travel agent.

[Autosaved] Thursday, March 12: Cold Rain! 🎼 Lesson, Rehabr

I got up this morning and had one of my breakfast meals and then came to Mike’s and I was really Ptiredand he had all these packages at his door so I got all the packages and then rested and had one of my yogurts the protein yogurts that is. Mike even noticed how tired it was well after having that yogurt I felt a lot better and then it was time for me to go to my first music lesson by Allyssa, whose at the voices of pride PVOP and took the Broad Street to the Market Frankford and she lives about seven minutes from the EL stop thank God. The lesson Was very interesting and enlightening. Actually there was stuff I had no idea about so we started from the basics and that was good. I got back from Rehab did a little bit of cleanup. Talk to Mike and then it was time to catch Lyft to Rehab. Also, my blocker app doesn’t work all the way so I have to go to another app to load pictures but at least that works. It’s now 1:33 PM. Well, I went to Rehab and they’re really pushing for me to use the machine at home. It went pretty well. I was a little exhausting, but it wasn’t too bad. The weather took a real turn to the worse. It’s actually wet snow going on now. Mix mixed in with nasty rain. I meant talk to Mary. She said she’s a leak in her bathroom due to The upstairs neighbor has a problem and it’s leaking from the upstairs. Next stop is coming back to Mike’s and then leaving for Yoga. Well, it was time for Shalice’s 75 minute class. I wasn’t sure how well I would do in it because of my tiredness from not being able to regular food for the last three days. Anyhow, I made it fairly well. I must say anyway afterwards, we walked back towards Mary’s place and saw one of these Uber eats mini vehicles riding around on the sidewalk. It was very strange. I must say I’m not sure how long they’d last in Philly without somebody running it over tipping it over. We got back to Mary’s and I decided I wouldn’t go to CODA cause I was too tired. We decided that I would have we buy some pasta and some split pea soup from the local store called Maxis. Mary cooked up both the soup and the pasta and boy that was so good to eat normal food again oh my God! After that watch law one law and order talked about Alaska a little bit and then headed to sleep.
