Greetings from Boston, Massachusetts. After we found out last night that the Red Sox game scheduled for today was
postponed and sent to Tampa Bay Florida to be played in a dome stadium. We had to do other plants for today. We first slept in for a while and then
had some of our drinks we got up. We then walked to a Starbucks, which ended up being like a tiny little Starbucks with no seating. Then realized it was too gross to go
there by walking an additional 18 minutes. Within decided to call left and get lifted to the real Starbucks with actual seating. This was located 1304 Commonwealth
Avenue. We went there and the people at the front were really friendly and had fun with us. They gave us our name as go, Red Sox! Which I thought
was hilarious. One of the sandwiches had a little bit of blonde hair in it and I whispered to one of the ladies and I got a second sandwich for free, which
was obviously the good choice to do. So instead of making a scene and going on social media and decided to do it that way. We then hung out for a
while and I caught up with my blog posting and Mary called her brother and caught up with him because he lived in Boston for a while in a while now
we’re going to the Isabel Stewart Gardner Museum because we heard from several locals. It was a cool place with lots of
trees and stuff inside the building. It’s now 3:26 PM and the northeaster is here. We had some really bad moments but right now it’s just drizzling all day in between the wind,
gust and heavy rains. Well, we went to the Isabel Stewart Gardner Museum and it was really fascinating stuff for sure. She had quite the collection
Spanish art. She died in the late 1800s and husband is really rich and she set this place up in a really cool way. There is a a garden in the middle of
bunch of trees, etc. it was three stories high. Signs were outside, saying tickets were sold out today. Mary told the woman she’s a docent at the Rosenbach Museum and she it with a whole was on this list. Well, we
got in and they didn’t charge us any money. I didn’t realize it till after we had left the museum. That saved us 50 bucks which was pretty unreal. Well, the museum closed at
5 PM and we had to leave. It was a pretty cool place. We got a ride via Uber. A very nice woman who took us back to our place. We hung out for a little while and figured out what we would do with dinner we decided to
order food from an Indian place right nearby called Punjab. It was right on one of the main streets that surround our place here. I first got some drinks from two of the
nearby in the other direction then went back and got picked up the food. It wasn’t cheap, but it was very good. We fortunately got decent size plates from the hotel. We’re
staying at cause the guy at the Punjab restaurant gave me these two tiny little plates and it would’ve been kind of silly to be eating out of those so we ate and we’re reading inside to get to the Phillies Tampa Bay rays game.
It was a chance for Phillies are right their ship and win one but as of 9:25 PM at seven to nothing at the top of the fifth inning and they managed to end the fifth inning and yikes it’s really depressing
and they’re showing all the Phillies fans just moping and a couple of guys put a bag over their heads that’s where people are starting to do this how bad it’s gotten. Oh my God, social media is gonna rip them like a new one. It’s just so sad. it’s one thing giving up seven runs, but we can’t score any so it could be three nothing as it was in the first inning with Erin Nola pitching one inning.
