Thursday, April 24: Dentist Yoga and Meeting

Well, I’m not really in the mood to write a block but I’m going to anyway. I got up this morning and I slept OK. I guess it was pretty


 good. I suppose it’s a nice mild sunny day today. I can’t complain at all. Mike and I took a walk which is 


very pleasant. He walked further than he has in about 6️⃣ or 7️⃣ months. Which is great. We have to keep this up while the weather is nice. We have a few months and hopefully
 no hospitalizations

 will come about. Anyway I have 11:45 AM dentist appointment

 for a Cleaning. My hope is they don’t find anythingthen it’s just $100 not God knows 

how many dollars. Anyhow, I made it to my Cleaning about major 

incident, which is always a relief there’s that one tooth. I have to be extra careful with

 that had the major operation so I will have to pay more attention to 



that one. I got fluoride put in, but turned down the cancer screen till July because I last

 got it done in July. The rest of the day I ate lunch after the hour I 

had to wait for floor talk on the phone with Donna and did some text messaging. Also took some trash down as well. Mike’s mom’s meals

 didn’t come in yet so it’ll probably come in later today. They’re always late

 with their deliveries most of the time. It’s now 350 time to roll into yoga
class. Well, this class wasn’t bad at all. There’s a lot less crowded than yesterday‘s class. Haven’t taught the class. I found myself very tired afterwards feeling a little rundown. I guess I don’t know but Mary and I took care of that. We went to her place and then ordered food and relax a little bit. We watched a little bit of Stephen Colbert 

and Jimmy Kimmel before I called Uber to go to the meeting it starts at 8:15 PM. I really need to sleep a little bit better. Tomorrow is Friday and Saturday. I’ll

 pick up the clothes that were just recently bought last week because the tailoring

 has been done. Sunday is the Yoga Super Bowl with a bunch of the teachers 

teaching that goes from one to three so I have to adjust my visit to my mom 

either go late or just go there very early don’t know yet.  Tonight‘s meeting
 has a business meeting at the end so it’s gonna be a little longer. At least it’s mild outside. well luckily the meeting was fairly efficient. They went through the commitments and there was one old business that 

we voted on as soon as I was voted on, I bolted for the bus and made it because the bus was three minutes late and that was a good thing cause I wanna get back and get ready to go to bed.

Wednesday April 23: RFK Jr Is Insane. Spring

This morning I got up at the Dorchester had cereal and headed off the Mike’s that was not eventful, which is always a good thing. 


Mike’s Nurse came by around 10 o’clock this morning and she had discussions with 

them. That were very interesting and fruitful. Mike got a 

new pill tray since the labels are fading and he couldn’t find one of the slots. 

She had an extra one in her trunk and I got it. After that, Mike had 



his appointment so I went down to the good karma Café grabbed the coffee
 and listen to some TikTok and what not. I got back to Mike’s after going to CVS and getting him two diet Pepsi‘s and me some diet iced


 tea for the road.I then eat lunch and took Michael Mike out for a walk before my 2 o’clock appointment
 with the therapist. Well, I went to the 

appointment. It was a little different, but it wasn’t bad at all. I then

 read that RFK Junior wants the government to track people with Autism through 

government databases. This is big government Maga for sure it’s really

 effed up. I think I’ll write my Congress person and ask, are you going to allow 

this to happen?? It’sAbsolutely insane. Well, it’s 312. I’m 

heading to Mike’s and I’ll leave a little later and eat one of my nutrition bars cause I am 

hungry. It’s warming up a little bit today so I think winner is 

finally really gone now. glad I was going into Mike’s place and picking up a 

package he had I found this thick piece of paper addressed to a gentleman 

who used to live on Mike’s floor who died months ago it was wide open. It 



wasn’t in an envelope or anything they’re taking the court for 

a $2000 debt. It’s really bizarre wasn’t even in a package or 

anything. It was just dumped on the ground along with the rest of the 

mail. So Mike’s gonna do a good thing contact the court Court, June 16this very bizarre. Well, I went to Dan‘s 4 PM class. Mary was unable to go. She had a hangnail removed 
from her foot. That room was absolutely 
packed! It had 35 to 40 people in there on the first floor. It was a good class though I feel like I did pretty well. Afterwords was yin and I enjoyed that. That was with Miah and that was really
 mellow. I like how Miah blends the music and the post is really well. After that, Mary and I walked back and ordered some Indian food and picked that up. Watch Law and order and then we shared some funny memes that came on these Facebook groups, full of humor
