Saturday, March 15: Breakfast, Errands, Yoga

There was a man from Nantucket. Oops today is Saturday, March 15. I actually got to sleep in and that was glorious. Saturday is the only day I can 

sleep in and it felt really good to be nice and cozy and be able to sleep in. I always feel constantly like I’m chasing a sleep deficit. Anyhow, I got up and Marie me some delicious bacon, 

eggs and toast. I went over to verve coffee and got some coffee for Mary.That coffee shop is really small but it’s 3 feet from the Dorchester so it’s easy to get to. Lots of young people 

talking about their trips to Europe and who they might marry it’s a different world downstairs there. Anyhow, we got errands to do today one of them to find myself a picture for my 64 ounce 

concoction for next week since my colonoscopy is officially 

Thursday, March 20, 2025. Well, there’s a measles outbreak in 2️⃣ places in Philadelphia as reported

 by action news Philadelphia. I can’t believe it. Well, Mary and I 

went to CVS and I bought my products for my colonoscopy. I bought 

the MiraLAX Dulcolax and the Gatorade. I also bought Ginger ale and lemonade because I 

can drink those. I can’t drink dark colored liquids or iced tea cause that’s brown. I got

 some good savings off the CVS card which is cool save about 10 bucks. Not 2:40 PM I’m now just relaxing having iced tea. They have thoseSt. Patrick’s Day pub. Crawl is 
going on in 

Center City right now and CVS was very crowded. No, after we came back, we relaxed from & got ready for the 4 o’clock class with Mia. We got to Mia‘s class and the room was quite warm. I must say. It was moderately 

crowded and it was very hot and rigorous today. I still had trouble in the warm-up post trying to keep my shoulders down in my chest up. She points us out almost every class which I need to be reminded because 

my proprioception Needs to improve on that area. Anyhow, 

afterwards I was quite hot and we had second class in a row with cold lavender towels.. I love those. I was 

such a relief and then bought a large water drank all that down by 

the time we got to Mary’s. We then took a nice hour and a half nap which was very 

nice. I have five classes left till I meet 
the 30 days that is excellent!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩😊 Well, my Indian food choices are limited cause not so staff lentils or beans before my colonoscopy so I had chicken curry. I ordered that and Mary got the taco doll.
