Friday, March 28: Newbery Yoga. Springs.

Mary and I woke up at the hotel around 7:30 AM grabbed a quick breakfast and headed down to Newberry yoga. Kaitlyn taught us to class today. She was

we were the only students that showed up so we had a private lesson which was really very good. She gave
us some

attention and helped us out with some of our poses and it was very nice that way. Afterwards, both Mary and I use that awesome shower that they have at the studio. I mean

that shower is roomy and luxurious and nice water pressure. We then hung out with Shannon who he’s going to give us a nice time massage tomorrow. We just chilled out and then we decided

to go to the Publix to get our own drinks so we’re not like drinking all their water at the studio so we got plenty of drinks to keep us going. with the springs are this is where we went after we

went shopping at Publix and grabbed a coffee at a restaurant called capybara and Australian themed coffee place in the middle of a sterile office park. There was pretty funny. I mean, it was really funny. I had a
lunch pie. They sold these little pies full of different types of food.  After we did that and left there, we
decided to go to the mineral Springs

that Kaitlyn recommended us. We went to the Ruth B Kirby Gilchrist State Park The water was a beautiful greenish blue hue and felt really good. We both really

enjoyed it. We just mellowed out. Did some yoga poses and met some nice people there. Unfortunately, Kaitlyn wasn’t able to visit but she was pleased

that we did visit. After we went to the mineral Springs, we visited a little town called high Springs. They had some little shops and

we parked the car and we walked around and got some pictures of very interesting architecture. It was a nice little straw. We then went to Bealls discount store

nearby after Mary did a Google search and she got some sandals

for very cheap but they look very nice. They’re a blue color. Kaitlyn then

recommended two places in Gainesvilleand we decided to go to the Thai place

called chopsticks. Oh my God, the food was absolutely to die for

and we ordered soup and then we had our main courses. I had Penang curry

with tofu and Mary had lemongrass and tofu. Afterwards,

we drove down to this area that Kaitlyn had recommended in Gainesville. This place is called Depot Park.

So we drove about eight minutes from the restaurant to check it out.

We were very close to the University of Florida. We drove around and

walked a tiny bit, but then we decided we’d head out so we wouldn’t be dark

by the time we drove back. Well, we got back and we decided that we need to go to bed early. I got a nice massage for Mary and then fell right to sleep. It had to be around 8:30 or 8:45 PM when we both fell asleep. Both of us really needed it. It was a very eventful day.
