Today I woke up very tired. Alarm went off at 7:30 AM and I didn’t get out of bed till 8:03 AM. I knew I had to get something to fortify
myself. So I on the way to Mike’s to stop by the CVS and had a $10 discount
so I was able to get some monster green monster drinks And I got them
for free. Anyway, I got the Mike’s took a quickie nap then the occupational
therapist came over and Mike did a couple sitting exercises. He did not do any walking exercises.
After the nurse left, I decided I’d go and get a sandwich that I was gonna get
earlier and I had no cheese so I was good. I stuffed that down. I’m
still tired with that feeling in my throat when I have a sleep deficit. It’s sunny and a bit
windy. It’s at 11:51. I’m at the world famous Pharmacy with the old guy in it and he’s trying
to help another customer and it’s going very slow so I may have to leave because
we’re supposed to get a van pick up. Well, the van picked us up
at 12:45 PM and we’re heading down to eighth and Walnut one of Mike’s favorite
spots to go to besides 800 Spruce. One thing I can say I’m in better
shape, not going to an extra yoga class, but I’m still struggling with
being a little bit of low energy like Jeff Bush used to be. Mike got out of his appointment
around 2:00 PM and then we waited for the pick up ride to pick
us up around 2:35 PM. At least the pick up rides are showing
up and they’re using Uber’s so we can keep track of whether is showing up or not,
do yoga. I probably fall apart in with her away like the state supposed to do in
communism. As it is, I still have that feeling in my throat, which tells me I have sleep deficit
. Anyhow, I went to the pharmacy on South Street and the guy was ready for me. I picked up the script
the time I came back, it was time to get my liquids ready for 4 PM class with Mia. Yes, I’ll be
trying to conserve energy for the double tomorrow. The class with
me was pretty good. It wasn’t terribly hot in the room. Thanks thankfully I still
now 6:02 PM. We’ve been hanging out after class as 42 people Enrolled in the Pilates class upstairs
with
Marie. Well, we left and we decided we would get some Indian and watch strangers on the train by Albert Hitchcock, which was very suspenseful for sure. One guy plays a really creepy dude who latches on an idea exchange killings. Found out the other guy wasn’t really a willing participant in the scheme. The ending is bizarre but really good.
