Well, today is winding down on prep week for my colonoscopy. I got up this morning skip breakfast and immediately got
my rental car and truck on down the Mike’s. I had a whole bunch of stuff to put in the refrigerator. I dropped off the stuff and zoomed off to Tamara‘s where I would
drop off my dress clothes some old choir stuff and pick up Yoga stuff. I then went to 30th St. station dropped off the car and left got an egg and cheese sandwich at 30th St. I woofed
that down, caught
the train and got to Mike’s Where Avi the physical therapist was there. While was Mike a grocery delivery
came in. I then decided I’d go to the 11:00 AM yoga class, which is 60 Minutes
. I then got the avocado smoothie because that’s gonna be my lunch. I can’t
to eat lentils or seeds and things like that. It’s now 1:06 PM. I’m back at Mike’s. I’m going to put clothes
in the dryer for my yoga class at 4 P.m. why is it Mike? I did a few
dishes but mostly just chilled out at his house and talked to him a little bit. I took the trash out and drink a lot of
liquid didn’t eat so much because nothing I have was really edible so I’m probably gonna be hungry as all get out this evening maybe
another egg and cheese sandwich when it would’ve been good but anyhow, I realized at 2:30 that at 2:45 PM that I had to dry out my clothes
from this morning that I washed. It’s 3:09 PM and 20 minutes. The towel was fairly moist and the shirt was a little wet. The shorts were
were dry. Anyway, just waited another five minutes and the towel was fine so I decided the day to take a large Gatorade. The 28 ounce special that I’ll be using a
Wednesday. Anyhow, it’s now 338. I’ve left the premises. I signed in only a minute late todaywhich was
good. I have a 4 o’clock class with Byron and you know that studio was going to be pretty hot cause
it was hot this morning. It’s not exactly cold, but it’s not warm either. Byron‘s class was not bad at
all. He kept the place plenty ventilated which made it a lot lot easier than it could’ve been. I
did all right. I decided after class that I would do the Pilates and skip the meeting just so I can finish off my 30 day challenge with the greater ease. And eases what I strive for. The Pilates class was a complete ass kicking class. The room is pretty hot until the fans are put on that made it a little bit better but I was sweating like crazy and now we’ve got a bunch of samosas we’re gonna eat and I’m gonna drink a lot of fluids.I have two days left to complete for 30 day challenge so I’m gonna chill and casually complete the assignment. It’s not 8:00 PM gonna take it easy for a bit with Mary.
