Monday, March 10: Mild. 3XYoga and Sunny

Today I woke up tired even though I got a pretty good sleep. I did not want to be toting a whole bunch of food in a separate bag like I
did last week. I felt too tired for that

and I didn’t know if I was gonna go to yoga today at 11 o’clock so I brought
the minimum amount of stuff. I bought yoga gear without a

big towel. I got to Mike’s three minutes late after catching the EL and catching one of the buses down Broad Street. It
was cool but it’s gonna hit the low 60s today

so I tried to dress accordingly. I got to Mike’s. and threw some laundry in it was a huge load that’s right I said it. Anyway, I switched the laundry to the dryer and

minute to go to the 11 o’clock 60 minute class. I think that’s a good one to go to cause it’s a little shorter, but I still get counted for the 30 day challenge. I went to Tina‘s class and it

was a good class and I felt OK closer to normal and my throat still give me signals

that I still need to be careful. I told them I’d be seeing them at 4 o’clock

and that’s what I plan to do. Earlier today, I was thinking about that song by Elton John called “don’t let the

sun come down on me.“ And you know singers like to make lyrics

that you can’t understand so there’s a very first paragraph with something there’s no more something
so I remembered as a kid thinking no more Augie Doggy.

I looked up Augie dog, and it was a cartoon about a father dog with his son that was made in 1959 to 1961.  I remember seeing it as a six or   7️⃣ year old kid and then when Elton John came out with that song a little

bit later it’s stuck I don’t know why, but it did. Anyway, the afternoon turned out a

beautiful dayand it peaked at 64°. There is still cool so wearing a jacket feels fine. Mike and I went

outside and that was glorious and nice. Now I’m going to 4 o’clock class. I went to the 4 o’clock class with Byron . It was a good class. It was pretty full. Lots of instructors there. Afterwards Mary and I met up and we decided

well. Let’s do the Pilates class and lo and behold. We did it. We got Jenny

instead of Marie Marie would’ve been a lot tougher, but it was a good class a lot of people and do

Pilates for sure. Then We got some smoothies at the place next-door, which is really a nice choice of smoothies and then ate our samosas back home. we had the enjoyment of watching one law and order was set for a day. I did have some struggle getting to sleep however, tomorrow I gotta be at Mike’s by 8 AM.
