Sunday, March 30: 8 AM Newberry Yoga

This morning after somewhat restless, sleep where I was hungry in the middle of the night and had to eat two snack bars to get by. Anyhow, I got up

along with Mary and we got prepared and eat a nice quick breakfast at the hotel. That’s one of the nice things about the hotels that I had a nice

free breakfast that came along with it. Anyway, we got to class at 8 AM and

it was taught by Shannon. We were the only two students in the class. She gave us a good attention and gave us some pointers and took pictures of us

doing poses she took a lot of pictures of us. She took pictures. It made us look really good I think. It was quite stunning to see. It’s very intense

seeing pictures of my yoga practice from another person’s point
of view. I’m used to looking at myself and getting tips from the teachers.

Afterwards, we hung out at Shannon’s place and talked for a long time.

She shared a book A poems written by Yoko. seemed to really

interesting. We also looked at some Archie had and we got to meet her 2️⃣ cute little

dogs. Well they’re not little they’re pretty large, but they’re very friendly and

they took to us very nicely, and Shannon was very pleased by that! We did some little bit of yoga tips as well and talked about where our lives

are at this current time. She’s in transition. She just moved down here to Florida 5️⃣ weeks ago lives in a really nice apartment right next to the studio

so that really works for her. She’s going to new ventures as well,

so I wish her all the luck with all of it. We definitely plan to stay in touch with

her after we leave Alachua Florida. We then went to the docks of
coffee shop to get their lemonade and the iced tea. So we hung out here and The sky is just opened up with pouring ass rain. I also got 10 gallons of gas to fill up the tank, which was only

left with 16 miles left on the tank. Now 2:05 PM the coffee shops closed and they’re asking us
to go and we will have to go. I have to go out and run it run our asses in the rain I suppose. Well, on the way to the hotel, we decided to stop at New York Pizza plus to escape the monsoon

rain that we’re getting right now and 2:19 PM. The rain‘s not really supposed

to stop till about 5:30 or 6 PM so our clean clothes that we got from Shannon

will have to sit in the car until such time that the rain
manages to stop. well, the New York style pizza place was kind of strange they were playing Italian operas and then they started playing disco song called disco Inferno. They played that song disco Inferno
which was very strange interruption. The pizza was delicious. However,
after we had that pizza we just came back to the
hotel and totally knocked
out and took a nice two hour nap and just mellowed out for the rest of the night which is really needed for sure for sure
