Thursday, March 20: Colonoscopy Day

Today I had to wake up at 7:15 AM so I can finish off my MiraLAX Gatorade drink over the next 45 minutes so I could dial that. It kicked in pretty

efficiently. I must say Marie then woke up at night. We talked for a bit and she went off to a doctor

appointment. Meanwhile, watched a few videos chip chatted up with Pat and zipped

up my valuables in my zipper of my coat cause I don’t want you bringing them, but I just want to have my wallet and keys with me. Anyhow, it’s mostly

cloudy today. It’s supposed to start raining around 8 o’clock tonight. The plan is for Pat to pick me up around 4:30 PM and

need to stay overnight at Millbourne for the evening. I feel OK considering that I haven’t eaten since Tuesday night at 10:30 PM. I followed

the instructions and asked I’m hoping I feel well enough to do yoga Friday so I can complete the 30 day officially. Hopefully they won’t find

any problemswith my digestive system. Well, it’s 1:23 PM. I’ve already been called back by the nurse so it’s a good thing I showed up early. They asked me if I when’s the last time

I ate food and what was the color Of my last bowel movement was it the same Mr. color of the floor? I answered yes. I put all my valuables in my coat pocket zipped up. Seven 4:02 PM looks

like they found four little polyps that they removed and one large polyp in the ascending colon and I have to come back in a few months and get that removed by a specialist. Fuck me is

all I can say about that.⬆️ I’m feeling a little chilly and grouchy right now, but other than that, I feel normal. They just moved me to a room that has a window view until my Wright shows up so got to sit here and

chill out while Pat does setting up for some church. Hit me up

about 10 after five and the people over at the place had to give them specific instructions to pick me up. You

can’t just pick them up at the front of the building anymore because that’s all clogged up

with valet gentleman. Pick me up and it took us about 35 minutes to get out

of Philly and to Khabbish. I went in and ordered two veggie platters

and we brought them back to his house. Boys have food good after not eating

for two days Pat and I talked a bunch and that was really fun after that I hung

out of his place for a little. I made a suggestion to suggestion to him

that he sells some of his motorcycles and quit one of his job so
he can enjoy his hobbies. After that, I
decided I’d go back to Center city at Mary’s. It would make things a lot more fun than easy togo to work tomorrow.
