Sunday, September 20: A Cloudy Day Off

After very intense sleep of being drowsy, etc. got up around 10 AM and decided we would go to the café for some eggs get that protein in me. The aftercare instruction said to keep the protein level up to help healing. Well, I did that. I’ve been extremely low energy and drowsy since this procedure I believe more low energy than when I got my bone graft done earlier. No yoga for three days straight and very tired and low energy the one positive is that I have been sleeping well Motrin has been doing very well for me. I generally don’t need painkillers this long. I usually need it for one day and I’m done but now I’m on my third day and I still need them at night. Anyhow, Mayor and I did the open street which wasn’t well attended because it had been raining all morning. The Rain did stop for a while and we found the Pierre rubber bench. After that exclusive development went back to Mary’s place watch the Eagles win 27–24 over the Titans. The Phillies managed to beat the Mets to close out there series with them which we split 2 to 2. We then decided to watch the Knight watcher Knight manager and Tom Huddleston in it and they’re in Egypt and there’s already he’s being seduced by the woman who’s involved with a very evil man. Also got Indian food for Mary. I am going to have pasta. Well, the next week will be following up on my treatment on my teeth and cloudy days for the next 10 days. We’re either gonna have clouds for sure and possibly of rain often on for the next 10 days of what I’m trying to say. I would’ve taken off three days off in a row for yoga which I done since I went away on vacation last time I took a couple days off was when I had my bone graphs done on my teeth to set up this implant stuff. I also have an important errand to do in Millville, New Jersey, which I need to do at some point when I feel up to it medically and stuff. We have to finish our 30 day challenge and that’ll be more of a chance since we both took off three days over the weekend and taking off three days to go to Boston starting Friday.

Wednesday, March 18: stitches Removed 🦷 Mike’s Paperwork & Yoga

Good day, boys and girls. I came to Mike’s and did a little cleanup and then Nichole came in and talked to him about his being tired and hyperventilating very quickly after doing a little bit of walking. She thinks it’s the liquid intake stuff. Anyhow, I went to Dr Nardone/Dr. Miller and they took out the stitches and it said it was healing fine so I went up to Dr. Turner and decided that I would see if I can get my partial put in and fit really well and I was pretty psych cause I was told I could eat normal food again that was a glorious thing. Anyhow, I got back to Mike’s and immediately went out and ate my usual Indian packet lunch. That was nice. I then had a Pepsi and and finished off my icy. I’ve been sitting there for a week and a half. And then got motivated Mike did as well to organize his paperwork for welfare and his housing attempts. What I mean is attempts to get senior housing. Also, I called welfare department several numbers and the peel people are actually gonna call me the representative at my number instead of Mike. The guy told the woman told me that that should’ve been the case. They sent me an email. Is crappy as I felt a week ago. I felt great today. Now I’m a little tired cause I went to bed late, but I’m really relieved that I can eat normal again. I’m not going to Mary’s somewhat late at it’s at 4:20 and I’m only at 16th and Spruce. We’re next going to Yoga and Yin starting at 5:30 PM. Well, I went to the 5:30 PM yoga class with Dan and I felt really good today. I was able to do the backward bend the best I’ve been able to do once since last May when the parsons Turner kicked in. It was very cool for that to happen. It was a a revelation. Anyway, next, I went to Yin class. Both classes were really crowded the 4 o’clock and the 5 o’clock class in fact I wasn’t able to get a towel on the ground because we were running late. It was so crowded. Anyway, Mary and I went back and I had my first Indian food in over a week and it was pretty damn tasty. I really enjoyed it to no end. Then watched two episodes of Law and order had discussions about things.

Monday, March 16: Need Another Extraction 🦷 Mild

Hey boys and girls it’s me yours truly. Well I went to Mike’s and it was a quiet morning which was nice. I canceled Dr. Turner’s appointment to put the temporary denture from the bottom teeth because I didn’t want anything messing with this hole in my tooth that’s attempting to recover. The only thing I had to do is go for a consult for Dr Wolgin to see if I needed a root canal on this one tooth. I just came out of Dr Wolgin‘s office and he quickly said that he can’t save the tooth and he needs to be extracted! Jesus H Christ another one and it’s 2️⃣ teeth over from the other tooth. I just had extracted so this might be another 900 bucks for an extraction and the whole bone grafting thing and the whole eating mushy food for a week and a half Jesus Christ goddamnit! Looks like the saves account I have is just gonna be depleted for teeth, but at least I have it for now. I’m just bummed that is all it’s now 2:04 PM. I’m going to Yoga continue 30 day challenge so I’m not doing the extraction this month. I need a break unless of course I ran a deep pain in that tooth which could happen. Anyhow, 3:43 PM I left Mike’s after Tony left. Tony ran through some exercises and thought that he was getting worse with the hyper ventilation and not being able to walk very far. I relaxed after the bad news from the dentist drink some water and ate a yogurt. anyhow, I went to the 4 o’clock class with byron. And boy was that studio hot and humid is anything? Oh my God! It was a perfect storm really humid and damp and warm of 60° outside. It was a good class though I did OK. Afterwards, I was pretty drained went to Mary’s. Ate a quick yogurt and headed to my meeting where I officially got my 14-year-old 14 year coin which I’m very proud of! After the meeting we all shared about shingles we all got we all got it at some point, but everyone else was in their 40s and they got it. There was very very strange. Well not everybody but half the people I went back to Mary’s and cooked up some pasta.
