Friday, June 6: Normal Sleep

Well, after lying down horizontal in the bed for the first time in almost a month I woke up and got to work. That was a big deal being able 
to lie down and not have pain that keeps me up so it was pretty revolutionary. I then went to Mike’s And had a quiet day at Mike’s. I did 
get 

him to throw out some law files that were ancient history with one of his friends and her convict husband. Some kind of bankruptcy case from
way back in the day. The woman 

didn’t even care about it. That was one major step. Then I did a little bit of sweeping. I thought I might’ve wanted to go back home and check my stuff, but I’ll be going back home in two days on Sunday so that seems

 kind of a waste of time. Anyhow, it’s pretty warm out here it’s Now 2:22 PM. I was going to Fabio‘s but 

they were closed for prayer till 2 o’clock so I killed time at the Capitol One 

café got involved with the Reddit conversation about the iPhone upgrade from the 13 Pro Max and my 
battery life, etc. Anyway, Mary is going to a massage today and 

I think I’m going to go to Mary a nap. I’m even though I got a normal sleep. I’m still feeling bouts of being completely wiped out. But I’ll take this 

over what I dealt with before. Well, I went back to Fabio’s and accidentally deleted my blog I posted  yesterday, Thursday, June 5. So I spent 


time trying to get that together. That was a pain in the ass so I’m going to CVS to pick Mike up his drinks that he wants. Dropped off the drinks and Mike by the time I got 


back Mike was too tired to walk. I signed out and then I called Wes. He said his back was ill so he’s not gonna be able to join us  on Saturday so that means I had to quickly find a car 

to get forthe alternative activity of going to Bucks County tomorrow by 4 o’clock so I got a 
rental car on Expedia for half decent price 



Zipcar was a bit expensive and the time restraint, but I still can cancel that Zipcar 
of course. I went ahead and took a shower which felt good but the shower

 curtain falling down was a pain in the ass and I hate those things. Anyway, I’m getting some iced tea Mary’s
 coming back from Massage. Mary came back with three smoothies. 

We drank two of them and we planned our trip to Plumsteadville tomorrow. I got the Rental Car and we’re gonna take a walk in a nice little path in Ardmore that I’ve been talking
about and we looked at the Ariel screening of it which was very weird in AI, but it was kind of cool.                                We salute our men for being good we do it like we should and we watch some Law and order order a different Indian restaurant called Curry Leaf. We both agree that the rice is different and it’s heavier than over at Royal Indian.

Thursday, June 5: Dr. Appt. Warming More PT

Well, I have to rewrite this blog because I somehow went to the wrong gate and screwed it up. Anyway, today I went to a doctors appointment 
andthe doctors appointment I got a shot of Cortizone steroid in my  left shoulder and we had a full exam where I tested for hepatitis and PSA levels in my prostate. Mike 
had a doctors

 appointment and Mary came and visited cause I wasn’t sure I was gonna be back on time for my appointment when the van service came. I ended up getting out of the doctors office fairly 

 quickly and got to Mike’s where his PT Tony came by. He was running late because he was behind a garbage 
truck. Tony saw my my winged spatula and basically demonstrated

 at once he pushed in and up I could raise my right hand all the way up like normal.

 That’s really strange. I got this condition. It shows that I’m not using 

muscles, but I’ve been using the muscle. Something happened to my body. Anyhow, Mike’s appointment took till 3 PM and we were very lucky. We caught the ride right on time. That was quite unbelievable. 

That would’ve been a cluster fuck if you had missed a ride would’ve been waiting or I would’ve had to pay for an Uber to get to his place on time. Anyhow, I went back to Mary’s. I had 

some leftover and then I headed out to the CODA meeting. I was just not all engaged
today. I blew off the business meeting came straight back.

 Felt good to be outdoors. Afterwards we watched V for vendetta about Guy Fawkes folks day is my birthday November 5. I will now re-put in my pictures that I screwed 
up on because I deleted the whole blog man. Someday this blog will not be updated. I don’t think he’s done an update in ages! Anyhow, another week is 

passing through next week is hang out with Larry and Wayne the week after going to Carnegie Hall, 

my brother‘s birthday. Also, my iPhone is hanging in there after I was told in California that I had a 

couple months left on the phone so any moment I canmanage to make this phone keep working till they introduced the 

new iPhone. That’ll be good cause I definitely have to replace it. I’d rather replace it in a calm planned way instead of beingin crisis mode cause that’ll basically take up a whole half day to load everything back on my phone
