Thursday April 6: Hot Day, Hot Yoga 🥵 All Over

Well, I got up and took care of some business at home. I looked around

and I do need to organize my floor from all the boxes that I have. And I started a little bit late but I made it about 15 minutes late there was no answer on the training, I felt it was very mild

as compared to the last few mornings. I forgot to bring my spring coat in that bringing my winter coat. But anyhow today I have my blood test I got to Mike started his laundry

and we talked for a little bit.  It’s now 10:07 AM. I just decided to take a little walk and enjoy the weather while the laundry was a turning away. I’m hoping to get the laundry done
 before I have

to run off to my 1245 blood test appointment. This is for a possible referral to an infectious disease specialist. Well, I threw Mike’s laundry in the dryer and then I went over and walked from Mike’s place to Penn because

it was pretty mild. There was a spitting rain for a minute, but it went away. Fortunately, the blood test place was really easy there wasn’t a long line to wait for the elevator behind

me metal detectors and then when I got there, I waited 9:55 minutes tops. It was a quickest Blood Test I ever had. I’m going to go there from now on. It’s now 12:53 PM. I already had lunch
a phone call and now I’m just gonna walk south on eighth street cause it’s very pretty walk down eighth Street. I got back to Mike’s and talked with him and some

other people about Easter spring and other situations and mom‘s meals came in and I am packed them with Mike and then head off to my 4 PM yoga class.

Well you know goddamn well it’s gonna be hot as hell in there. But hopefully I’m ready. It’s all I can say about that. Well, it was hot as hell, especially in the beginning of class at one point

the instructor had to open a window and the door all the way because it was so bloody hot. I also took the Vinyasa class and felt so wiped out from the class and other things that I just couldn’t see myself going
to Fairmount. It’s now 8:55 PM and I’m glad I did because right now it’s raining and I just wouldn’t be up for traipsing around in the rain. I came home and I ate

some leftovers and I’m pretty tired so I’m gonna take a nap before the phone

call at 9:30 PM. I also it put a pictures but if I leave the thing and

then it shows a blank page so I purposely turned off the phone so I wouldn’t lose all my dictation that I put on this blog.

like a big dark shadow over my mind. It really is it’s used to be a month it was

very fall like and you did fall things that were simple and fun but I don’t know I don’t know anymore. I hada quiet evening

Tuesday, August 31: Tough to Be Me☔️🙁

Hello boys and girls men and women and Internet sleuth everywhere. Well today wasn’t one of my favorite days. I just couldn’t get it going today.
here was no ridiculous reason in the beginning of the day. I just was working really really slow. I then had a conversation
at lunch and a weird social situation which threw me off completely. It’s happened before but each time it

appens just throws me completely out of whack and I don’t

ike to be a whack but that’s what it does I guess feel completely thrown off and unable to deal.

ell I slog through the rest of the day at work worked a little bit past to try to get something done. Meanwhile

COVID-19 is raging and or Afghanistan withdrawal is not going very well. Yesterday was the deadline to completely get  out of Afghanistan as

ar as I know we did. This ended a 20 year war it started when I was still in graduate school

at Widener University. After work I decided
finally eat because I wasn’t hungry at lunch I just snacked . I ate Pats delicious

lunch after I took a nice long walk to the Quaker cemetery that I like to go
to for peace and quiet. It is a refuge for me these days. Anyhow Pat went to local 44 with Mike and ate some Keewee‘s which was very delicious it’s going on 10 and I need to take a shower and go to bed. Meanwhile I put up some videos and post it on Twitter just to vent and get my opinion on stuff. Now it’s 1017 I’m just fucking around with my blog here.
