Friday, July 17: Very Bad Air!

Well, good day everybody today I woke up around 7:45 AM got dressed took my stuff and then ran off to Mike’s place while I didn’t exactly run. The sun had this haze over it because of the Canadian wildfires there’s sweeping over the northeast of the country after they fogged up and polluted, Michigan and New York State. I did a little bit of cleaning up. I then went to Staples to pick up Michael CPAP machine after two previous attempts. It didn’t arrive till yesterday at 1:31 PM. I showed up and it was a great big box. Fortunately, it wasn’t heavy, so I was able to carry it pretty easily back to Mike’s place when I opened it. It was the big box with a little box in it, and opened up the box and throughout the larger of the boxes. It was quiteAnyway I ordered some stuff from Amazon and well, some of it was supposed to show up between 2 PM to 6 PM, and I don’t know what’s gonna happen to the stuff. Maybe I shouldn’t have ordered it, but I didn’t need to order it. Well, I ran into Mike’s Neighbor’s girlfriend and asked her to check the front door in an hour for the yogurt. Rest of stuff is not as perishable. We’ll see what happens. Mel, it’s 3:48 PM. I’m just about to arrive Hot Yoga , Philadelphia at 1520 Sansom St. well, Kaitlyn taught to class today. It was a lot more filled up than it was yesterday for sure. The room was hot. We held the class upstairs as usual for Friday. It was pretty warm, but I wasn’t as bad office as I was yesterday. Today was not quite as steamy as yesterday and the attendance showed because there was at least 20 people in the class today as compared to seven yesterday at the 4 PM class. It was a good class, but I was pretty tired afterwards we both decided to take a nap and while we crashed for two hours and that was the most glorious nap the REM sleep was all there for sure. We thank God I’ve had Indian and watched Law and order and highlights from the Phillies game, 1️⃣ against the Cardinals back in October 2022, a glorious 6 run ninth inning to win the game. It was fun to watch it again.
