Friday, December 1: Moving Day

Well after nachos a great sleep I got up and I’m running
little bit late. I reserve a cargo van on Springgarden Street. It was quick it

as walking distance and I said what the hell. I just picking it up at 9:21.
o I’m 20 minutes late so I’m gonna call the landlord and tell him
I’m not gonna be there till 10:30 AM Well I didn’t get to the apartment till close to
 1. The landlord was there and he was very nice and I was being directed what to do such as keep the doors closed
 hold
he button down to the door Hook clothes etc. Then towards
the end around 1215 they started leaning on me to get the hell out because some UPS
lady wanted to park and some people wanted to use the arm
the storage elevator which by the way it’s pretty small defect they only have
one storage elevator for a freaking 10 Story Pl. is kind of ridiculous. But I
ucceeded and got out and I’m hoping I can scratch enough money to get to bed but I’m not getting a
egular back of the apartment is really small it is 400 squareFeet
. I’m glad I found this big old van it was perfect it was the one part of the move
hat was a complete success. Now I’m putt putting up 13th St. to 17th and
Spring Garden to return this van I said 1245 and I’ll make it just-in-time. I’m not
ure I’m gonna have to cancel my freaking get healthy blood donation
because again if I want to bed I had to find the money and then cancel

hat ha ha I can’t wait to get something to drink nice gallon
of iced tea. Well Amy agreed to come down to 17th and Spring garden and pick me up
ake me to IKEA. I did manage
to get a big thing of lemonade
t the Subway on Springgarden. We went to IKEA after I went to the bank to cash couple
checks. We got to IKEA and there’s some decent  ideas  some of the stuff the thought of putting them together it was just a little bit frightening. And they do charge I think 70 or $80 for them  to do it for
ou and 50 or $40 for delivery so so it wasn’t realistic but there is one sofa bed combo that was reasonable and it was sitting right there all wrapped up and it doesn’t take a lot of construction. So mine that one just to have something.

Tuesday, April 11: A Missed Meeting and Many Moods at Work

Well I got up fairly early but got out just in time to make the bus etc. I didn't get
my coffee and I arrived to work pretty sleepy after my phone died a couple times . I forgot to charge the phone overnight. Today  I have a bunch of people scheduled and that should be keep  me pretty busy. Well when I caught the bus there was two buses ahead of me and one behind me  as I was approaching the bus stop. You could see it in the photo on this post. Well I charge my phone on the EL and decided  I'd wait to get off at 60th St. you sit of the usual 56th Street  stop. Would like it bought me a little bit of time because phone charge just as I was leaving 56 street.  Well there wasn't that many people   ame in considering. Then again, I did see about eight or nine people and one of them left   efore I could see him so that's OK cause a lot of them came all at once. Well my  partner in crime at work agreed and offered to schedule  a bunch of my people. That's going to be really helpful since I'm in   raining tomorrow and I can then do a few more sanctions and get them off my   ack for real. I didn't zipped on the EL after work and took it to the   pring Garden stop. After I got off the EL, went to this ultra hip coffee shop   alled Higher Grounds. It's located at 3rd and Fairmount. I   ot a large iced coffee and headed down to the SEIU union hall down on 5th street. The   uilding was locked so I knew either pick the wrong date or the meetings at the SEPIA office at 444 N. 3rd St. I want to the SEPIA office and found   ut it's the 2nd  Monday of the month not the second Tuesday of the month. While I was leaving, they  had people gathered for a fair housing seminar. I   hen wobbled through old city. I thought about going to the bridge again but decided just to walk around   nd take pictures as I was waiting for the 48 bus. It was a nice evening to walk since spring is finally arrived. I then eventually  caught  the 48 bus at around 6 Then Arch St. I got home and talked with Sharon and Tom for a   it in the kitchen. I then whipped up some pasta and ate up a whole box of pasta I was so damn hungry. I talked to Lisa and then eventually crashed for the evening.

With my coffee in hand. I am now walking home since the weather is
really nice out and I don't have to be anywhere in a particular time. That is good.
I've been better about proofreading on Siri but I have my lapses. There's an open

That really made me happy. I just came home from walking 2 miles from 16th and Locust. I'm now sitting

On Fairmount Ave
today so I'm well enough to get some things done next week such as my physical and a flu shot.
Well in the world outside my photography and blogging bubble, Governor Wolf signed the bill that was champion by Republicans to keep union "bugs" from committing

crimes while picketing.

This is being looked at as a compromise to the Republicans. I could see that point since this is a bill that

even Democrats could support or it least so I'm looking for compromise
and to see if the
