Monday, October 31: Halloween

This morning I got up and I had to get up earlier so I got up at 7:50 AM to get ready to go 

to Mike’s house on Lombard Street in Philadelphia. I have course scramble around to get myself ready. I 

couldn’t find mine coffee mug to bring to work. I went to Amazon 

to buy coffee and they literally double the price of the concentrated coffee

 to 25 bucks for two which is basically 1250 each when you can buy it 

at target or CVS for six bucks, it seems like everything I used to order seems to 

become unavailable for the price Jaksa much more than 8% which 

is now the inflation rate.  The train was two minutes late. but I managed to make it on time. well when I was at Mike’s we took a walk. I went to the pharmacy and didn’t have his birthdate so I had to go back and get his birthdate and then got it and I picked up a couple of things for myself to store in his refrigerator. And I ripped up 

some boxes and we talked a bunch about different things. We also talked to the Citidal people and 

that I had an extra 10 hours so instead of working on the weekend which I certainly didn’t want

 to do. I just added an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon this way, I still can do my 4 o’clock yoga when I don’t have dentistry or other doctor appointments

 It is getting overcast now  and it’s 336 and I’m going to the Dentist to get my crown put in that I already paid for it was 380 bucks some like that. I got my pension



 check yesterday which was really cool because a whole bunch of bills came in from pick room from Therapist from  New Jersey, Medicare, etc. Mike told me about this movie

by Otto Preminger called Skidoo. It was supposed to be attack on psychedelia with Jackie Gleason, Carol Channing, David, qConstantine, Sammy Davis, Junior


and other assorted really square people in a psychedelic film. I left Mikes and went to the dentist to get my permanent crown on. Paid to make a few adjustments and

 then I went off to my 5 o’clock yoga class. That room was really

 really hot. I was sweating like crazy. The room was really full, but it was a good class.

 I drink a lot of fluids and I was really hot. anyhow, I attempted to go to 

MONDAY Night Beginners Crowfoot. There’s a party going on, but there wasn’t. It was a regular meeting and I shut up and the meeting was over. I then walked with someone from the meeting to the trolley and took the trolley to 30th St. which I hadn’t thought of doing. I continually walked to 15th St.
