Monday January 20: Day 1 🤮🫣 and Cold 🥶

What else can I say about today? That isn’t all you gonna be said. It’s day one of the four years of the felon and chief. And I didn’t

watch it, but I saw low lights and that was enough for me. I gotta probably stay on social media for a while. Anyway,
I got up from home caught the L and thengot the

Mike’s at 8:50 AM. I did catch the Broad Street line. It was cold as crap at least except I kept

running. At Mike’s did a little clean up. Hi next went to CVS to pick up some food
items for Mike and also get my scripts three months supply for 21 bucks. I put them in my backpack and headed
on my way back to Mike’s. I was pretty

sluggish. I didn’t feel like doing much outside, cause it’s cold as crap. I’m told it’ll be even colder tomorrow.A year ago I was in Costa Rica 85 to 90° weather and low humidity I miss this stuff

last year Lori I don’t like it. Now we’re just gonna hear about Trump for nonstop for 4️⃣ years Jesus Christ anyway enough of that shit. Anyhow, 330 quickly
came along and I had it on down to yoga. Mary was just not up for it because she was really stiff

from all the work she did last week. She too is depressed about today’s proceedings

. I have to go on a social media blackout, except maybe TikTok cause I can always escape in

sports. I then went to Byron‘s class and it was tough like Byron‘s classes always are you really pushes

hard I think it’s a good thing but I’m glad it would class a little bit. It’s

different from other classes. After I finished, I chatted a tiny bit to Tina and rolled one out Still slightly

sweating to catch the 33 bus at 15th of JFK which I did catch on time and I should be able to make it by 6:15 PM at Kaitlyn‘s. I’m

hoping I can get back in time to bring the coins back, but I don’t know about that. It’s now 6 o’clock and I’m

heading towards Fairmount. Well, I did make it to Fairmont on time and I

enjoyed my break session. We had good conversation and it was nice. The apartment was pretty damn cold though so she warned me about that. I know she pays for her own heat because yeah that’s what you do when you’re paying for your own heat. So we talked to a different thing such as She met the eighth best Yoga person in the world when she was in China, protein, and my posture clinic. Then I went over, caught the bus back home. Fortunately, it was fairly quick and then picked up dinner at the Indian restaurant we like to go to, and then we watched madman where the movie bye-bye Birdie was featured in one of the advertising jingles and Mary gave me some information about it. It’s cold as fuck out here. It was 15° when I was picking up the food at little after 8 PM.

Saturday, October 29: Plastic Club Sadness & Yoga

Well this morning, I woke up at 9:45 AM. I couldn’t get to sleep last night. I am

was restless and it was colder than I thought last night. I woke up pretty sluggish, but I pressed ahead and and showed up about 40 minutes late to the Plastic club. I

paid my dues and the guy told me about the opening for the Print show next Sunday from 2 to 4. I noticed that the print people are very very nice and they invited me to come there

at 10 o’clock and learn some print making. It’s very involved, but they were very very nice people. On the way there I was listening to some Carpenters

songs and it made me very very sad. Really sad and depressed and lonely. It wasn’t much fun. Anyhow, I struggled through
that and then I came home wanted to go to the 4 o’clock class, but I couldn’t find my SEPTA pass and  Missed the train and I was going to

be late and I don’t wanna be late so I killed an hour and a half or so and looked at videos etc. Also talk to my sister who seem to

think I was depressed and suggested a change in my meds and to  Start being social again. She noticed I was isolated. Anyway, that was today. I wanted

to go to the 4 o’clock yoga class, but have to talk to my sister and stuff. I suddenly couldn’t find my pass for the train. It was buried in bad time the train left

and the next one would shop for 10 minutes and I wouldn’t be able to be on time. end up going to the yoga Nidra class, which was fine because my body

just couldn’t do some of the moves very well. Anyhow, I
came home and had dinner with Pat. We had the burritos from across the

street. They forget to put the beans hose at least half rice. After that, it talked on the phone and

went to sleep hoping I would get a better night sleep then the last two nights. I’m gonna call my psychiatrist and tell her about this about depression.

In the meantime, while weather is really nice outside. The leaves are

at peak form right now here in the Philadelphia area it’s really true. Believe it or not

Halloween’s around the corner as of tomorrow and I’ll be turning

61 and then in a week. Hard to believe isn’t it. The names were not changed to protect the guilty.
